Buy the matched type of switch on it and you can just send it to any electronics technician or cellphone technician that do know how to desolder and solder things.
as of finding a specific service to repair keyboard, well it is very rare to be honest, this is why I only opt for mech keyboards that have replaceable key switches, they are lil bit expensive but I think its worth it since I can replace specific keys to my requirement, specially the capability of switching to different switches on WASD keys.
