well you can ask the shop you bought it from to assemble it for you. at least they can assure that every part works (at least boots on EUFI or POST). Mahirap kasi sa processor na pinili mo eh theres a chance that you need a UEFI update, mas maganda sana kung nag ryzen 3 1300x ka na lang since may gpu ka naman or 1200 kung tipid pera ka, hindi rin naman nagkakalayo sa presyo yan.
pagkauwi mo sa bahay, hiram ka ng pc or laptop download mo windows 10 tapos ilagay mo sa usb, to know how to do this, its just 1 youtube away.
the next step is just plug it on a usb port since fresh pc pa naman yang unit mo it should boot to usb automatically, let it do its magic, the only part you need to interact to it is accept terms, select country, set timezone etc... after that, its just a matter of waiting game na lang yan.
once you got in to windows, install mo yung drivers, malamang may kasamang mga cd yang binili mo, install mo yun, after that you can just install any random programs you want to install
