Specific SATA cable identification

  Good day TPC! Please help me identify and find this specific type of cable. This came from a Verbatim Mediastation DVR.
  
  in my observation
  sa isang dulo L-type sata and power female combo siya
  sa kabilang dulo (hiwalay na set ng kable) 4-pin power female power (parehas sa floppy dirve) at L-type femaile sata (data)
  
  ano po kaya ang specific model ng cable na ito at saan makakabili.
