Hindi ako sure kung siya yung pinaka tahimik... pero I would try inquiring kung available sa atin ang Fractal Design Celsius S24 or Celsius S36. Yung Deep Cool Captain 240 EX is also very quiet for a budget AIO watercooler based on reviews.
Medyo mahirap ang compatibility ng mga 280mm AIO's especially kung top mounted sa case kasi not many cases have enough offset para ma clear yung RAM heatspreaders or motherboard heatsinks. I would go for the 240mm AIO's instead kung hindi naman big difference in cooling performance especially at low fan or low pump settings.
If you stick with 240mm / 360mm sizes, mas madami din ang choices mo sa quiet fans in case you want to change the fans included with the AIO. You can go with 120mm Noctuas or Scythe Gentle Typhoons.

my nzxt kraken x62 280 AIO runs quiet for me, it fits exactly on my phanteks enthoo enthoo evolve tempered glass edition and is placed on top with proper clearance for my gskill trident z rams
Guys, tatanong lang, ano po ang bang for the buck na RGB fans for case na 120mm yung my kasama na ding controller.
some brands na pinag pipilian ko... budget is around 2k stretch 2,5k in need of 3 fans with rgb and controller don't care of rgb strips.. basta ok pang case at can be controlled yung RGB.

try mo linisin ng brass cleaner or polisher kung namumuti .

Actually mabilis mag tarnish ang aluminum fins ng Noctua NH-D15. Possibly because iba ang nickel plating na gamit nila or hindi lang siguro hiyang sa tropical climate natin. It could also be a combination of both and kapag nag heat up ang fins mas mabilis ang pag-stain.
In my case yung NH-D15 SE-AM4 nag tarnish kaagad ang fins after a few days of handling it with my hands. Kita ko na kaagad na parang may white stains yung topmost fin after doing a stress test sa PC. Kung alam ko lang, siguro it might have helped kung gumamit ako ng cloth gloves while handling the heatsink hehe...
Anyway hindi naman ako bothered by it kasi non-windowed case ang case na gamit ko ngayon. Siguro bili nalang ng Noctua Chromax heatsink cover para hindi halata hehe...

Advisable talaga na top mount para laging naka submerged yung pump. Pero front mount Wala namang issue. Keep the pump and fans at 50% at all times. If may budget ka, get a double ball bearing fan , masmaganda yung static pressure compared sa stock fans.

Hmmm... let the experts here answer that. Personally, I have not seen and Inwin 301 and 303. So i cannot give you an answer.
Not an expert sir, pero nung tinitignan ko yung layout ng InWin 301 wala ata ibang option but to place the 240mm radiator sa front panel.
Pwede mo gawin na radiator orientation is yung tubing nasa bottom then mag form siya ng "S" shape going to the CPU. Pero yung problem dun kung mahaba yung videocard mo baka tumama sa tubing. Yung alternative is rotate mo ang radiator para nasa top ang tubes, pero may risk of air bubbles forming sa pump or highest part ng tubing.
Kung talagang decided ka na to go with InWin 301 case and 240mm AIO watercooler, siguro yung best compromise mo would be this setup:
- 2 intake fans at bottom panel cooling the videocard and providing intake airflow
- 1 intake fan at the rear panel cooling the motherboard heatsinks and providing intake airflow
- 240mm radiator mounted on front panel, with fans pushing air out of the case
Problem talaga with the InWin 301 is yung front panel fan mounts require yung airflow to do a 90-degree turn, kasi nasa side panel yung hexagon shaped vents. Mas maganda siguro kung aircooling nalang para mas simple ang setup, or go with a 120mm AIO or custom loop.

IMHO aksaya sa pera ang AIO sa R5-1600 :D Sobrang efficient ng R5-1600 at stock fan na pwede mo sya OC ng 3.8Ghz at stock voltages which is 200Mhz more than the turbo. I think kaya ang 4Ghz OC s R5-1600 with the right board but no current AB350 board has that capability due sa VRM limitation. I'd rather be concerned sa VRM cooling ng board mo since the heatsink is quite on the small side. The stock fan also helps cooling the VRM by blowing air on the side.
BTW naka OC ang R5-1600 ko sa stock fans, around 35°C lang sya at idle/browsing at umaabot lang ng less than 60°C while gaming/photo editing which is still very low. Kaya hindi na ako naghanap ng bracket para sa Cooler Master 240L ko, I decided to keep it as it is.
