Wavy Lines on Monitor

  I've tried googling, asking on reddit but no to avail
  
  baka alam niyo po.
  
  Issue: Wavy lines sa monitor
  
  Tests:
  
  - Nagtry akong i-plug in sa laptop ko yung monitor, pero wala siyang wavy lines. pag plug in ko na yung CPU ayun na yung wavy lines
  
  - Nagtry ako ng ibang monitor, may wavy lines din pag plug in ko nung CPU. pero pag laptop yung plug in ko ok naman.
  
  - plug in ko sa mismong VGA port ng graphics card at sa VGA port ng mismong MoBo, ganun din
  
  - triny ko with and without the external graphics (geforce g210) ganun parin
  
  - nilinis ko na ung buong CPU tas nilagyan ko ng panibagong thermal paste yung processor
  
  Specs:
  
  AMD a4 6300
  Nvidia GeForce G210
  4gb Kingston Ram
  600watts generic PSU (bundled with the Case)
  HP LE1851w Monitor
  Windows 10

  may kutob ako may kinalaman yan... gamit ko true rated korean 600W PSU (mabigat) para dito sa work pc ko at 700W true rated korean PSU (mabigat din) para sa backup pc ko naman tapos thermaltake smartpower 630W (brand new bili) para sa gaming rig ko... never had issues like that.
  
  kahit pinalitan ko yung refresh rate nung mga monitor ko, walang issues na ganyan dito.

  Ito lang ang hula ko may cause ng problem diyan sa system unit mo:
  1. Generic PSU
  2. Yung G210 mo
