Just want to ask po if I'm using Globe Prepaid Home wifi. Pwede po ba palitan ang sim card at mag register sa ibang promos like Gotscombodd70? May diffrr ce ba sa speed etc? Planning to buy kasi pero kung gosurf at supersurf lang ung 999/month eh hindi worth it mas okay pa din wired conncections..salamat po

I actually bought this stupid package (prepaid wifi bitch kind of thing), what Im interested for is the sim kasi yung 1 day 1gb nila is much cheaper compared to the regular prepaid sim.
so I installed it on my pocket wifi and long and behold it works just fine, its just a matter of APN configuration, now I only need to spend 15 pesos per day for my waze and other stuff vs spending 50pesos for gosurf which is wasteful for my use case scenario.
now for the stupid useless modem, binalik ko na lang sa box, but the thing still works with regular prepaid sim from globe/tm no extra configuration needed.

^ im using tplink LTE pocket wifi (not your usual pocket wifi came from globe or smart) with custom firmware which is OpenWRT.
the APN is http.globe.com.ph -

nakuha ko lang yang idea na yan sa mga drivers ng grab, pinalitan nila yung sim nila ng home wifi prepaid sim dun sa phone nila hahaha.
laki daw ng tipid, may spotify na sila (at low quality) meron pa sila pang grab and waze, they said that it can survive for a entire day with few 100mbish left na lang pag nakauwi na sila -
65 po yun diba? gosurf 50 muna tapos homesurf 15 hindi puwede stand alone yung 15...

Sibukan ko pero for some reason, di ako ako maka browse.....lumalabas naman sa screen ng pocket wifi na connected sya sa 4g ng globe..........tp link m 7350 ang gamit ko na pocket wifi......

Gumagana ba ang GOTSCOMBO sa wifi router ng globe at home pag naglagay ako normal sim? Interested ako. If possible di mo na rin gamitin router mo, baka gusto mo i-sell sa akin. Need ko kasi ng wifi router na for globe LTE for monitoring purposes lang. -

Nag load ako ng 200php for 15gb ba yun mga 11 pm.
Nag browse forums and torrent isang video from yts mga 2.5 gb size.
By 3am ubos na data ko. Twice na nangyari sakin nag check na ako kung may nakikigamit ako lang.
Un una pa nag ML ako one game. Pag check ko 200mb kinaltas.
Share and advice naman kapwa mga modem nito. Salamat

^ maraming factor yan sir baka may mga background apps ka or yung website na pinuntahan mo full of ads so autoplay ang mga videos bonus na lang mabilis internet mo malakas din kain ng data hehe, yung 200mb na ML one game try mo idisable speed mode sa network settings dapat nasa 30-50mb lng consume ni ML sir unless may voice not sure kung ilang mb.

Make sure to stop the torrent after matapos yung download para di ka mag seed, and both naman windows laptop and android phones has option to view data usage per app para malamn m kung ano umubos ng data mo -

^assuming you can change the APN to http.globe.com.ph it should work if you want in reverse (using home prepaid sim to pocket wifi for example) just use athome.globe.com.ph
meron din unlocking method for globe at home prepaid lalo na dun sa prepaid modem nila na merong antenna. just search for ZLT-P25 unlock sa youtube. -

Pero pag nandito kami lahat sa bahay, homesurf 199 or homewatch since mobile legends, netflix at youtube lang ako, sapat na sakin yung 90 may tira pa. -
