Anyone can enlighten me on this?

The wifi symbol is there, lights on the wifi modem are on but I have no internet access. I logged on to, walang nagaappear when I check the WAN Status.

This happened a couple of days ago. Called 171 and even went to the branch, naayos after a day. Then eto ulit.

Anyone knows what the issue is? Not really a techie or anything so I'm a bit clueless and can only rely on PLDT CS, but they cannot really explain what the issue is.
