currently using a tecware edge case. nararamdaman ko yung shock sa top panel, sa mga screws, usb ports, even the peripherals with metal parts connected to my motherboard. medyo nababahala na po kasi ako kasi nararamdaman ko na din yung shock pati sa phone ko (the phone has a metal body) habang chinacharge ko sya sa pc. currently thinking of rebuilding it kasi sinubukan ko nang lahat lahat ang nasa mga ibang online forums and to no avail wala talaga ganun parin

not properly grounded yung unit mo, not surprising though kasi walang proper grounding outlet yung mga saksakan sa pilipinas (you that 3 round prong doon sa saksakan na usually sinisira natin kasi hindi naman nagagamit, thats the ground pin, pag hindi naka connect yung sa proper grounding outlet, normal lang yan nararamdaman mo na grounding.
my best recommendation is install a proper ground sa electrical system sa bahay nyo, if not might as well get a rubber mat and install it around on your computer table and your computer chair, you can buy this rubber mat on kids/toys store they usually comes with many colors.
