  • for that setup, id rather have each of the apartment have their own Ethernet ports. then they can just subscribe to you para magka internet access sila and of course they have to buy their own wifi router.

for wireless setup, depende kasi kung gaano kakapal yung pader at distance ng bawat user. though I wont rely that much on wifi for apartment installation dahil sigurado dami coconnect dyan, either tenant sa apartment or mga outsider.

if im going to compare kung gaano kalaki gagastusin mo, for the AP point, you might want to install 2-4 of them costing at least 5.5k each so that 20+k worth of gastos, hindi pa kasama labor sa pag install dyan vs a complete wired installation 2 boxes of cat6 cable mahal na siguro 2k each on the cheaper one or 5k each on the expensive one (shielded) both with 300+meter cables. and some wall ethernet jacks etc... overal sama mo na pati labor siguro kakayanin yan kahit 10k lang.
  • can I use outdoor cpe access point indoors sound little crazy but can we? Theres 1km range for 1.5k peso its cheap so...
  • well those outdoor cpe ap specially if they advertised it upto 1km range, that is assuming your on open space.

to be honest wala naman pinagkaiba yung mga CPE AP sa ordinary wifi router, except its rated for outdoor and PoE sya. Infact you can use a indoor wifi router, put it in a enclosure install a high gain antenna (5db or higher) and install a PoE injector, whoala may outdoor AP ka na.

although there are specialized AP for P2P installation but those are expensive, like metal2 (1.6watts or 1600mW) this AP is 100x more powerful than your typical outdoor AP or wifi home router, it cost like 8-10k(used, brand new expect it more pricier) in market, you also probably need a NTC license to use that as well since its beyond the allowed transmit power (NTC only allows any radio like wifi less than 100mw can be operated without license).
