yes possibly because 560ti is obviously an old card.
Thats why i thought na baka ang mga new cards is bumalik like the older ones since everyone is into modifying their vga kahit built in naman na ang feature na less power and less temp.
Feature na less power/temp ay kapag di mo ginagamit fully yung card. idle clocks, fans, etc. Same sa processors.

which affects nga ung power and temp. anyways to each of our own. meron talaga ung hindi makuntento.
20.4.2 Release Notes. Common issues with 20.5.1 are not yet fixed. Sana maayos sa next release.
Known Issues
Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
Using Edge™ web browser to playback video content with a multi display system configuration may cause a system hang or crash after extended periods of use. Performance Metrics Overlay and Radeon WattMan incorrectly report higher than expected idle clock speeds on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products. Performance and power consumption are not impacted by this incorrect reporting.
Modifying the HDMI Scaling slider may cause FPS to become locked to 30. Some games may exhibit stutter intermittently during gameplay on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics products. Radeon RX Vega series graphics products may experience a system crash or TDR when performing multiple task switches using Alt+Tab.
Desktop or In-game corruption may occur intermittently when HDR is enabled.
Direct ML Media Filters are currently unavailable in Radeon Software Media gallery for video or image content. Some users may still experience black screen or system hang issues during extended periods of gameplay. AMD will continue to monitor and investigate reports of these issues closely.
Some laptops may encounter a BSOD when installing Radeon™ Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition over an existing OEM graphics driver. To work around this issue, first uninstall the OEM graphics driver using Programs and Features within the Control Panel. Once complete, install the Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition package and select the Factory Reset option during setup.
Anything more than this nagaartifacts or crash sa Unigine.

Even with Power Tuning na 10-50% and lower/higher voltage 1000-1200 mV. Tried with three different games and Unigine Superposition.
Now I'm gaming at 2000 (1950) core, 1800 mem, 1000 voltage. 1 hour with no issues so far. Excellent psu consumption and temps.
Hanapin nyo ID=18 tapos set nyo as True.
Then load nyo profile.
From the AMD link above. Check previous drivers to see that they are persistent since last year. I have experienced some of these as well.
Known Issues
With Radeon FreeSync enabled on Radeon RX 5000 series system configurations, task switching to another display or application may cause the display to flicker for a few moments.
Brightness flickering may be experienced on some VP9 video content playback through applications or web browsers on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics product system configurations.
Enhanced Sync may cause a black screen to occur when enabled on some games and system configurations. Any users who may be experiencing issues with Enhanced Sync enabled should disable it as a temporary workaround.
Performance Metrics Overlay and the Performance Tuning tab incorrectly report higher than expected idle clock speeds on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products. Performance and power consumption are not impacted by this incorrect reporting.
With HDR enabled, Windows® desktop may experience flickering, and performing a task switch while in a game may cause colors to become washed out or over saturated.
Audio may experience instability when connected through an Audio Video Receiver via HDMI® on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics products
YouTube playback may become frozen with Microsoft® Edge player and Chrome™ when played on an extended display on some AMD Ryzen™ 7 3000 series and AMD Ryzen™ 4000 series APU system configurations.
Modifying the HDMI Scaling slider may cause FPS to become locked to 30.
AMD is investigating isolated reports of intermittent system hangs while exiting system sleep on some AMD Ryzen™ 3000 Series Mobile Processors with Radeon™ Graphics.
Some games may exhibit stutter intermittently during gameplay on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics products.
AMD will continue to monitor and investigate any new reports of black screen or system hang issues during extended periods of gameplay closely. Users are encouraged to use the new Bug Reporting Tool for any issues they may encounter.
Skl. Pansin ko sa performance logs kapag nagka-artifacts then crash yung 5700 XT graphics drivers ko max ang core clocks and bagsak ang power (70 Watts). Ito yung Monster Hunter World Err 12 Crash -> crash ang dx12. Kapag dx11 zero crashes pero baba ng fps.
Nice temps.
Taas mo gpu clock. Sayang power ng nitro hehe. Actual ng 1950 ay minus 50 (1900).
Default ng nitro
Boost Clock: Up to 2010MHz
Game Clock: Up to 1905 MHz
Base Clock: 1770 MHz
ave. is 175w. for the power tuning kaya ko nilagay yung 50% as a failsafe lang if ever the card needs more voltage, hindi siya restricted to 1V, dahil may allowance pang 50% if it needs it. pag kinapos kasi ng voltage it will be unstable and or result in a bsod. still observing kung anong optimal at stable for 1v undervolt. kaya ko ginawang 1800mhz yung vram to compensate the lower core clock as per Ancient Gameplays sa YT. But yeah il try to bump the clocks again +50mhz :)
**bumped it +50mhz on core, +100pts sa superposition 4k optimized. average wattage was 180w, it peaked 190w tho.
Ahh. I thought power tuning is for the watts or power draw. Ang maaapektuhan ay clocks, like a limit. May throttling effect sa clocks mo kapag sumobra sa limit.
Power = Voltage x Current. In this case, voltage is fixed na sinet mo. So kapag tinaasan mo ang power limit to 50%, tumataas ang pinapapasok mong current which in turn tataas ang Power (Watts) mo. So higher temps. Unless mahina or mababa PSU mo. Ang magiging dahilan ng crash ay kung di na kaya ng chip mo ang lower or higher voltage or clocks. silicon lottery sabi nila.
Your card's power limit is 220 Watts. Malayo pa yang 175. Kapag nagoverclock/overvolt ka or matagal na stress test or ultra settings sa game with no fps limit, yan lalagpas ng 190. Tsaka mo itaas power limit. 50% ng 220 ay 110 na dagdag powa.
Magandang gawin ay i-log mo ang performance tuning mo (CTRL+O sa AMD software) during stress test, benchmark, and normal gaming. Mga 30 mins to 1 hour. Then compare mo.

What i have in mind is, min maxing. Minimizing the heat output while aiming for more fps. The settings i have right now are stable so far. As for the PSU, im running on a Seasonic P860 which is kinda fresh pa like 2 year old palang.
You're on the right track. Ang key idea is undervolt + overclock. Undervolt will lower your temps and power consumption while overclock increases fps. Try to stick near nitro's boost 2010. Watch your max power draw and temps then adjust fans accordingly.
As advertised
Boost Clock : up to 1905 MHz
Game Clock* : 1795 MHz (Reference card: 1755 MHz)
Base Clock : 1650 MHz (Reference card: 1605 MHz)
- by 50 increments
- superposition 1080p extreme - no artifacts
- not tested for stability in gaming long hours
- stats lang muna para malaman sweet spot
- 190 Watts ang default power limit ng card
- memclock at 1800
- not aggressive fan curve
- will compare with memclock at 1750. probably insignificant differences
- fan curve can be adjusted for lower temps
- green highlight is sweet spot
- yellow highlight is also good but power limit needs to be adusted to 5-10% to prevent throttling
- must test for stability
- will also test default clocks/volts of the card
