I suggest you re-post your inquiry at the Unified Help Me Build My Rig thread. Others can help you and provide suggestions on your build. You can also backread as well to get a better idea on what parts to choose.

Assuming you will build your PC after the quarantine lifts, here is a suggestion:

    Midrange Gaming Build 64K
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 = 10,300
    HSF: ID Cooling SE-234-XT Basic = 1,300
    MOB: MSI B450M Mortar Max = 5,250
    RAM: T-Force Vulcan TUF Gaming 2x8GB DDR4-3200 (TLTYD416G3200HC16CDC01) = 4,150
GPU: ZOTAC GAMING RTX 2060 AMP (ZT-T20600D-10M) = 17,999 (Promo: free Crucial BX500 480GB SSD)
    SSD: Team Group MP34 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD (TM8FP4512G0C101) = 3,550
SSD: Crucial BX500 480GB SATA SSD = Free
    HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda ST1000DM010 (SATA 6 Gb/s) = 1,990
    PSU: Seasonic Focus GM-650 80+ Gold (SSR-650FM) = 4,500
    ATX: Tecware Alpha M White = 2,000
    LCD: ASUS VP249QGR (24-inch 1080p IPS 144Hz FreeSync / G-Sync Compatible) = 9,700

KBD: Rakk ILIS Mechanical Gaming KB White (Gateron Yellow Switches) = 1,995
    MSE: Tecware Torque+ White = 770
    -----------------------------
    TOTAL = Php 63,504

    Notes
    - Prioritize buying the videocard first as the Zotac RTX 2060 promo might be good for a limited time only. The free Crucial BX500 480GB SSD is hard to pass up and can serve as a dedicated SSD for games. Next best option is to look for affordable RTX 2060 videocards priced at Php 17K and below... or go with an RX 5600 XT if you prefer Radeon instead of Nvidia.

    - As much as possible do not cheap out on the monitor as that is a long term component. At the minimum go for the ASUS VP249QGR gaming monitor instead of low budget brands like Nvision. I recommend allotting more budget to the monitor so you can go for a 24-inch ~ 27-inch gaming monitor with adjustable stand (ViewSonic XG2405, AOC 27G2, ASUS VG259Q).

    - Buying extra case fans is not necessary since the Tecware Alpha M already comes with usable fans that provide just enough airflow. You can buy better fans later on when you have the extra budget.

    - The keyboard and mouse are personal preferences. I suggest buy a cheap mouse and keyboard combo at the start then do some research on what mouse and mechanical keyboard you prefer. Then buy them later once you have a good idea on what mouse shape you prefer and what key switches you prefer on a mechanical keyboard. Having said that the Tecware Torque+ and Rakk ILIS are already very good choices.

If you need more info regarding the build, you can discuss over PM :-)
