Thank you kina sir Godai at Statix. Nag pigil ako at nakahanap kami ng mura at may stock na Daikin. Daikin King na kinuha namin cash price 51.6k. Yung Queen nila 41K. 2HP pareho yan.
nice! and that's good na hindi ka nakuha sa pilit nung isang seller, pet peeve ko yan sa mga sellers/stores. pag ganyan ang attitude ng seller i walk away agad. makabenta lang agad, bad trip lang.

Yung 4hp/3tr Daikin Cassette inverter namin hindi gumagana ang compressor & lipas na ang warranty. May ma recommend ba kayo na puwedeng tumingin & mabilhan ng compressor lang kahit brand new?

Has it been diagnosed by an authorized Daikin technician? If not, you may get in touch directly with Daikin Service. If inverter unit yan, possible na pcb ang may problem and that ayos pa ang compressor. The link can be found in page 01. -

ilan years na ba ang unit mo? sana nga compressor ang problema para wala kang gastos kung within warranty pa but i doubt it na sira na ang compressor mo. it could be somewhere within the PCB lang na pwede naman i-repair(replacing busted parts).
better call daikin philippines to inquire for service/checkup. JDL electronics is a good option also.

They're focused right now sa 1hp variant. You've no choice but to wait for stocks to arrive for the higher capacities.

No need magpagawa ng brackets since you can get a pair off the rack from stores like Mr. DIY and Unitop. -
Magkano commonly maintenance cleaning ng WT? Mostly nakikita ko kas 450 to 500 kaso diba ang bigay ng WT inverter halos 50kgs. Di ko naman kayang tumulong magbuhat kasi may injury ang kamay ko. Dalawang tao ba need for this service and how much?

Hi mga katpc. Naka Daikin D-Smart Queen aircon (Split type) ako at last year June ko siya binili. Pina-first cleaning lang namin siya this April 2021 dahil sa pandemic na rin at dahil mahina na yung buga ng aircon. Nung chineck muna, sabi eh nagyeyelo daw dun sa labas kaya ganun. Tapos nun nilinis na nila then um-ok na sa reading nila.
So after almost 6months, naexp uli namin yung issue na sobrang baba na ng temp pero halos walang buga yung aircon. Naisip ko baka yung issue namin dati na nagyeyelo naman sa labas.
Ang tanong ko lang e normal occurence ba sa split type aircons yun? Kung oo, so dapat talaga every 5-6months nililinis? 1.5k-1.8k din per linis kasi.
Ray and Js pala namin binili yun at sila din naglinis at nagcheck.
EDIT1: Sabi sakin nung R&J, madumi daw kaya nagyeyelo yung outdoor unit. Pwede ba namin na linisin yun ng kami lang? May guide ba kayo?

You can actually clean the outdoor unit on your own. Just turn off the breaker, remove the grille, remove the fan blade, then hose away the dust on the condenser fins. You can do this to if made-delay ang cleaning..
Tuwing kailan ang linis? Already in page 01 aircon FAQs.

Got our Daikin 2HP installed yesterday. Swabe ang lamig at tahimik hehe (coming from conventional WT)
Sakto rin dumating yung Sonoff Pow R2 ko at ininstall ko na rin. Thank you kay master Godai kasya nga talaga sa Nema 3R hehe
Pag start up nya umaabot ng 980watts then pababa. Then naglalaro sa 290watts may times na 20watts lang siya. My setting is 25c cool mode, Fan 1 in comfort mode. Room size 15.5
Bakit nasa 20watts lang minsan totally off ba yung compressor compared sa 290 watts?
Also I need to manually press the on button sa remote hindi working sa Sonoff eh. Naka indicate na turn on pero naka patay pa din indoor unit. -

YW. Sinukat ko na kasi dati yun pati mock up ng wiring kaya alam ko puede. Di lang natuloy sa akin dahil I opted to get a Pow R3 instead for my sala aircon.

When the unit hits the target temp and the ambient temps outside are actually low, your aircon will automatically shut down the condenser fan to further conserve energy. Tapos makikita mo sa app na napakababa ng consumption. Hehehe

Yung "ON" sa app is for the Pow R2 only. If you want to remotely turn on and off your aircon, it has to have the option of returning to its last operating mode prior to a power failure. Sa mga Gree units kasi, if umaandar ang aircon tapos pinatay mo sa app (similar to a power failure), the unit will resume operation immediately after you turn it back on sa app. But if your aircon stays off after a power failure event, then you will not be able to remotely turn your aircon on and off via the eWeLink app.

Your unit is definitely prone to getting dirty from the dust outside. Absolute minimum interval mo ng cleaning is 6-months with intermittent hosing of the condenser fins. But if alangan ka mag-DIY cleaning ng outdoor unit, reducing the cleaning interval to 4 months would be best.

Correct. You turn it off via the breaker sa loob ng Nema box sa labas then proceed to clean the outdoor unit. -

No surprise sa icing that you experienced. If you get to watch HVAC videos, most cooling issues are often caused by condenser radiators that are plugged up with dust and grime. With a simple cleaning session often solving the problem.
Rest easy knowing they gave you the correct diagnosis and be happy in the fact that it is easily and cheaply solved by cleaning. -

Given the operating hours tapos isama mo pa yung outdoor environment, I'd have it cleaned every 3 months and not more than 4 months max. Yung 6 months recommended interval is applicable lang if you use the unit for 8-10 hours a day or during bed time lang. Ibang usapan yan pag extended use. I clean my WT units every 3 months kasi extended use and boy, may natatrap talagang dumi sa evaporator coil even if I religiously vacuum my mesh filters. We live in a very humid country after all.
Pag nagyeyelo ang outdoor pipes, it means saturated na ng yelo ang indoor coils and fins. What causes icing? Accumulation of humidity/moisture plus poor airflow dahil sa dumi ng evaporator coil. Nata-trap ng dumi yung moisture tapos mas lumalamig ang coil kasi hindi masyado makahigop ng hangin. Result: nagfi-freeze yung trapped moisture resulting to yelo.
Try opening your front cover pag mahina na ang buga habang umaandar then remove the filter screen. You will find your answer. -

Hindi naman masisira ang unit so long as di din agad aandar like when the power fluctuates. Ang problem lang kasi when you turn it off from the app, the aircon loses the chance to run the system on "fan" to let out any excess cold in the fins to effectively inhibit mold growth.

"Off" ang power on state ko. That way it can work as a power on delay and protect my aircon in the event of a power failure.

Ang reading ngayon sa Sonoff 370watts. 25c and fan speed 2. Lalong tumataas ang konsumo sa econo mode ewan ko bakit. Baka dahil hirap ma attain yung desired temp dahil naka econo mode?
Sa gabi which is cooler 200+ watts same settings. Will try econo mode mamayang gabi. -

My 10 year old Samsung decided to retire na, nag yeyelo sa outdoor unit pipe walang lamig sa loob
Repairable naman pero decided to change it, sulit na din for 10 years -
guys, hingi lang po ako ng inputs:
nakabili kami last month ng carrier 1.5hp inverter type "refurbished" (which we are now regretting) first two days maingay sya, sabi ni seller baka daw may na loose na screws lang dahil naka motor yung nagdeliver.. found out na yung front fin assembly yung kumakalog so diniskartehan ko nalang.. ok naman sya until nung monday night / Oct 25 bigla na lang ayaw lumamig, as in always fan mode lang kahit naka cool mode na sya... check ko yung loob ok naman naandar naman... ayaw lang lumamig, compressor na kaya ito? may maeestimate ba kayo how much paayos..
