My TCL an Gree OEM units are all slide out chassis types. Yung older LA150WC yung hindi slide out. The LA150EC and EL are both slide out types.

Experience ko sa lahat ng WT, parang si TCL ang pinakamatipid. Single fan motor siya pero DC fan kasi.

Nakakatawang isipin na mas mataas pa ang average hourly consumption ko ng rig ko compared kay TCL na nagpapalamig sa room at 25 degrees setting. Paano pa kaya na mag uupgrade na naman ako ng 200W TDP na ampere card.
Unlike nung unang panahon, baligtad.

Updates/ learnings on my search for WT inverter (someone might be in the same boat as me, for additional info lang din)
Koppel KV09WR-ARF31 1hp pala ito, 22in x 15in sya so same size ng mga compact na 1.5hp. around 26-27k pesos
Koppel KV12WR-ARF31 1.5hp. Surprisingly same size lang sila ng 1hp model at 22in x 15in around 30k pesos
TCL 12CWI mahirap sobra mag hanap, wala na stock most major appliance stores
LG LA150EL I cannot find this model. Puro LA150EC lang meron. LA150EC is around 30k pesos 23x15inches
Kolin KAG145 compact model din. 22x15in around 25k pesos
Ending is hindi ko padin sure kung ano bibilhin haha.
Sharing info lang in case meron din naghahanap or baka meron kayo additional advice :)

Refrigeration and Air Condition technology sure has made some great strides over the decades.. While humanity's hunger for more and more processing power has resulted in the creation of more and more power hungry computer hardware.. If anything, it has become lots cheaper to keep our computer hardware cool unlike before when the thought of having to buy an air conditioner just to keep our Gen 1 Athlon's from melting their motherboard plastics sent shivers down our spines.. Gotta love technology..
Sharing info lang in case meron din naghahanap or baka meron kayo additional advice :)
Avoid compact units. They're just not as efficient as their full-sized siblings.

monitored my 3700X + 5700 combo, it pulls 290W max @ full load(gaming). samantalang 120W+ lang yung maintaining @ 25°C ng AC ko last night with periodical compressor shut-offs pa. palibhasa napakababa ng outside ambient temp natin ngayon. happy camper hehe

It depends if your unit came with a plug & power cord (indoor setup) or required a separate power supply wire.

Thank you will keep this in mind. Though worst case scenario since compact units ang mostly available na 1.5hp sa mainstream appliance stores, are you able to suggest a specific model? Feeling ko kasi tutulo na again soon yung ST namin sa bedroom, if that happens ayaw ko na gastusan sa cleaning palit na derecho.

From san juan city po ako. Good call on abenson sta lucia. Thanks! Hindi din pala enough yung mag check ka sa main hotline kailangan per branch. Meron lang daw dun sa isang branch ng abenson sa sta lucia east (may 2 branches pala ng abenson dito) is yung demo/display unit. I asked sa viber nila kung how much hindi naman ako nireplyan, will try again tomorrow. Sana maganda discount since display unit sya. Hindi naman ata gamit yung mga aircon display sa mall.

Yung TCL ko last night measured it from 12mn-7am believe it or not, hourly average niya 96w lang! 26 setting kasi nakakaantok na if below. Mine's a 5600x + 3060ti, a 32" 1080p @144hz and a 38w 5.1 AV receiver. On full load using FS2020, lumalampas ako ng 350w hu hu hu!

how old is your AC na paps? clogged drain lang yan, sayang naman kung i dispose mo na agad.
yes, 2 branches ang abenson sa sta. lucia mall. i saw it dun sa new building branch nila.
around 30 minutes drive lang naman from san juan to sta. lucia, sadyain mo na kung confirmed na meron pa. display units ng ACs are there out of the box for display only, hindi naman nila pinaaandar yun so ok lang.

Quota na sya hehe. kulang nadin sa amin kawawa yung baby ko pinapawisan pag madaling araw e. L shaped kasi yung room since gentle breeze lang ang hangin nya hindi nya nababato yung cold air sa other side ng "L" kahit may fan pa mabilis uminit pag pinatay mo yung fan. Malakas din sa electricity hehe pag napasarap tulog tatayo ka pa para patayin sa umaga kasi tataas electric bill lol

Around 14sqm ata ito. Bihira kasi gamitin itong room dati kaya yan lang kinabit na aircon way back hehe. Kaya excited talaga ako mag upsize and inverter :D

^nakow! kapos na kapos nga yan paps, you need a 1.5hp the least para dyan and that would be night and day both in cooling and consumption once naka inverter ka na.
kung pwede lang, kindly post a sketch ng room with indication kung saan mo plano ilagay yun AC?

Now if you're willing to shell out that kind of amount, you'd be far better off with a 1.5hp TCL KEI series split type for 24k which includes installation na (worth 6.5k installation labor and materials). That's the offer I got from Emilio Lim Appliances.

I concur with kompressor-sensei. Medyo mahal yan sa 26k. Nasa 23.5k nga lang ang regular cash price nyan sa ibang stores. Tapos yan eh dented unit pa. Kulitin mo para ibaba pa ng mga 24k man lang. Tapos ikaw pa ang mag-pickup di ba?!

I'm thinking the same thing. Browsing on fb may mga 21k pa sa cash and carry ansons kaso wala na sila stock now.
I would prefer to stick to WT this time around for easier and more economical maintenance.
