Hi! I have a pc that is connected to a UPS and connected to the outlet. When I turn on the UPS while holding the pc case I can feel a small electric shock, also when the UPS is on charging mode I can feel the electricity all over the case. I know it's not normal to feel the electricity on the case, do I have a faulty PSU, a faulty UPS or its normal?

Keep your PC off the ground / carpet / marble. Try different wall outlet, use ground extension cord

Thank you I'll try some of your suggestions but using an extension cord plugged into the ups is not safe and not recommended according to the ups manual.
update:
i put my PC on a table and connected it to a charging UPS and I can still feel the electricity when touching the case
