  • It's so f-ing difficult to get them to show up at our location. They said they need to do an on site visit and after 6 months just constant follow up.
  • model ng router HG6245D
  • mahirap ba tech support sa kanila
  • @RgD25

For over 2 months I've been trying to get Radius/Red to visit our install location for actual ocular survey.

I called and emailed all the numbers & email addresses on their site.

Half the time I get an acknowledgement email

When calling 02.8988.5600 it just rings

When calling 02.8256.2888 the PBX just keeps you on hold forever until it disconnects

The sales agent that reached out to me via mass email sent doesn't mind me because what we want is SME Plan 1499 and not a leased line, metroE or whatever hyper expensive connection that imposes a static IP we do not need.
  • ^ ang alam ko enterprise & corporate acct lang hinahandle ng radius telecom before sila nag offer nyan red fiber for residential plan, expertise nila corporate talaga
  • @Hamz

That's correct but they announced going for residential and SME
  • That's correct but they announced going for residential and SME

thats for radius client sme, for residential red fiber brand pa din, magkaiba yung pricing, im not sure kung sa infra sharing din sila since corporate acct sa radius, nagustuhan ko dito meron silang SLA, radius telco counterpart is pldt enterprise, gusto ko din matry to pag available na sa location ko
  • The company has also upgraded its core network capacity to 100 GB as well as established the Singapore Point-of-Presence (PoP) at the Equinix SG1 Data Center.

In terms of its network requirements, Radius completed the roll out of 264 kilometers of core fiber, 30 additional co-locations, 10 nodes and three data centers. It also commissioned seven Optical Line Terminal nodes in key cities.

  • Ako no choice, DSL pa din PLDT samin. Palagi wala available sa NAP box.
Tuwing uulan, nawawala net ko. Mabilis nag kabit si Red Fiber . 3 to 4 days

  • Speed test mabilis, hahaha. Games may time na ma lag sya.

  • nokia ONU pala gamit ng red fiber, interesting to
  • ^ ok ba performance boss? mabilis roll out nila ng service
  • kaso speed to ratio lugi na sila compare sa iba. sana mag upgrade din sila or speedboost. hahahaha.
  • ^ yung lowest offer nga nila internet only 1149 30mbps na panalo na sya, then sa 100mbps 2249
