It's so f-ing difficult to get them to show up at our location. They said they need to do an on site visit and after 6 months just constant follow up.

For over 2 months I've been trying to get Radius/Red to visit our install location for actual ocular survey.
I called and emailed all the numbers & email addresses on their site.

Half the time I get an acknowledgement email
When calling 02.8988.5600 it just rings
When calling 02.8256.2888 the PBX just keeps you on hold forever until it disconnects
The sales agent that reached out to me via mass email sent doesn't mind me because what we want is SME Plan 1499 and not a leased line, metroE or whatever hyper expensive connection that imposes a static IP we do not need.

thats for radius client sme, for residential red fiber brand pa din, magkaiba yung pricing, im not sure kung sa infra sharing din sila since corporate acct sa radius, nagustuhan ko dito meron silang SLA, radius telco counterpart is pldt enterprise, gusto ko din matry to pag available na sa location ko

Ako no choice, DSL pa din PLDT samin. Palagi wala available sa NAP box.
Tuwing uulan, nawawala net ko. Mabilis nag kabit si Red Fiber . 3 to 4 days
yata nakabitan na ko.
Etong si PLDT nang aasar, meron ako ticket for migration, tapos nun meron na
NAP box sa loob subd namin, yun mga hindi nag apply ng migration mina migrate
nila tapos ako meron pending ticket hindi kasama sa list.

Speed test mabilis, hahaha. Games may time na ma lag sya.
Downtime nun bago pa lang, ang dalas, pero ngayon ok na.

2249 50mbps lang un. Bale upon installation mo, first 30days x2 ng applied speed mo. After that balik na sa normal speed.

Nag offer narin kasi sila dito sa subdivision namin this year lang din. Interested sa performance nila although medyo lugi sa cost efficiency

Baka meron dito nakaka alam ng admin username and password ng Red Fiber internet Nokia G-2425G-A. Mukhang ayaw pa access sa customer ang modem/router dahil yung nakalagay sa likod ng router sa sticker na username/password pati na rin IP address hindi tama. Yung IP address for example ang nakalagay ay 192.168.1.254 pero di ma access pero nag try ako ng 192.168.1.1 dun lumitaw ung log in. Pero nitry ko na gamitin ung username/password na nakalagay sa sticker hindi gumana.

kamusta mga naka red dito? kailan kaya sila mag uupgrade. ang mahal ng 2899 nila para sa 100mbps.
dapat pala di na lang ako nag pa upgrade nawala speedboost ko tapos eto lang nakukuha ko sabi sakin ng tech support tapos na daw speedboost ko. ayus
mas maganda pa pala di ako nagpa upgrade from plan 1299 to 2899 kahit lagpas na ng ilang buwan di na nawala speed boost ko.
