I recently upgraded my Globe At Home to 1699 with 20mbps and unlimited data usage. And I changed the wifi PW and reset my router. After that I can no longer access my internet. I’m using the HG8145V5 router, there’s no red light indicator but when I login to the IP address I see the PPPOE dialup fails error message. I don’t know what to do and I can’t get hold of a Globe rep to help me out.

try nyo magrequest sa globe@home app ng technician, or chat kay Gie thru messenger.
