  your ISP is the one that will provide you a static IP. So as if you have the choice anyway.
  
  here in PH, only Globe offers Static IP for residential, already came as a bundle with their business plans
  
  you can also do that on Converge (*they say, citation needed, wala pa ako ni isang user na naka avail ng static IP under residential plan) but you need to be on the higher tier plans (eg speeds faster than 75mbps). you can also avail static IP on their microbiz plans, and static ip is bunded with the ibiz plans.
  
  for PLDT, you cant avail a static IP for residential plans and only available as a option for microBiz plan (by default its a dynamic IP, Static IP can be availed by request with additional fee of course) also iBiz plans. basically, residential plan plebs are out.
  
  
  so for ISP of choice and ease of availing static IP, just go Globe if you have the option.
