  i mean, yung mag install ka nung bagong app tapos ikaw magdedelete nung lumang app nila. unlike other apps na pag may bago, auto update yung luma mo app to the new one. dagdag complexity kasi.
  ^yes. nag introduce lang si CIMB ng new apk to highlight its system upgrade siguro. Pretty much useless since the old one was decommissioned anyway so the old apk would have been just updated para seamless kay end-user

  
  the old CIMB PH and Revi apps (which worked ok) were made by "CIMB Bank Berhad" then during the major update last May, the new CIMB PH (+Revi) app is now developed by "CIMB Bank PH, Inc". IMO, locally managed per country na ang CIMB given that there are different app developers per country (googled from playstore) perhaps to cater the specific needs.
  
  hopefully the (local) devs will be able to improve it on each "maintenance" just like the old app...

  Ahh mukhang ibang app na talaga yung bagong CIMB kaya siguro di gumagana yung "update". Hindi man lang nila sinabi or announce sa users. Nag-update ako noon tapos one week na ayaw gumana. Tsaka lang ako nagbasa sa FB nila na dapat pala uninstall-reinstall.

  re: my 0% Fix Term Loan. after i clicked on the link sa email or text, niredirect ako sa website then pinaga-apply ako ng PL via the app. maybe inapdate na yung link contents since nagmigrate na sa new app. dun yata sa old app may option to apply sa fix term loan directly. sa new app kasi PL lang ang meron. under the Revi tab may term loan pero its locked pa. sabi need to wait ng at least 3 months upon activation of Revi. sana man lang nagbigay sila ng unique promo code for their selected eligible customers (just like BPI) para less hassle sa application.
  
  anyway nag-try ako ulit kagabi then i attached screenshots of the text and email na eligible ako sa 0% fixed term loan nila (valid til June 30). let's wait and see...

  UPDATE:
  
  ayaw talaga ko bigyan ng 0% fix term loan ni CIMB. just receive a notif today that my loan has been approved pero still at 30k for 60 months (1,094.98 pesos monthly, 36% p.a.). AUTO DECLINED ko ulit yung offer...sobrang ganid eh!
  
  ok lang sana kung 30k for 1 year @ 0% pwede na pangdagdag budget. stable at above minimum naman ang pay grade ko. siguro nga hindi na siya available for new loan applicants since the new app doesn't have the fix term loan option to apply (trying to convince myself. haha!)

  So far so good naman ako sa paglipat from ING to Maya Bank and SeaBank. Lagay lang habang mataas ang interest.

  nilipat ko na lang from ING to CIMB since meron naman na ako existing. pang luho account ko lang sana yun, and ING as EF.
  
  sa new app meron nang bank cert and statement, natest ko na yung cert and working naman. yung statement nag fail nung kumuha ako for the first time, di ko pa natry.

  Maya and Sea also have statement. Check ko kung may bank cert sila.
  
  I'm looking for banks with no or minimum transfer fee. So far digital banks to others are free. Pero baka magkaroon na rin after some time. Ang nakita ko na wallet to bank na free transfer ay ShopeePay and GrabPay.
  
  So for zero free transfers, something like CIMB/Maya --> ShopeePay/GrabPay --> BPI/BDO

  Sino hindi maka transfer at bills pay, ayaw tumuloy lagi: Your transfer/payment is unsuccessful?
  Sa migration to new app daw ang problem, 5 business days na wala pa resolution. Made my follow up today still pending.

  ^same here. Nagiwan na lang ako a few hundreds sa cimb/gsave ko then to gcash in case I need for small online purchases. Kanina early AM maintenance na naman sila CIMB just when I needed to fund my gcash. Nakasuya na talaga quota na sila CIMB sa downtime days/hours this past 2months is equivalent to other banks downtime for 5 years or so.

  - Tonik may Instapay na
  - Effective August 1, 2022, balik na ang interbank fees sa Komo (8 pesos on Instapay) and Maya bank (15 pesos on Pesonet).
  - Effective August 8, 2022, Grabpay transfer via Instapay will charge 15 pesos
  - BDOpay pwede na mag-open ang non-bdo account holders

  Nag text sakin CIMB na parang lumalabas na may utang ako sa kanila. Pero wala naman ako undebited na successful transaction . So instead na mag reload sana ako kay cimb with a few thou as backup for BPI's downtime this weekend, eh I've just pulled out my remaining P200 balance lol
  
  
  May mga complaints din nahold pera nila while doing online transactions with no clear reasons. Here's what a client said in a CIMB FB group
  

  Tanong ko lang, bakit po kailangan i-hold yung pera sa fast plus?
  
  Yan pa naman po ang ginagamit ko sa pagbayad ng mga subscriptions ko online, hino-hold lang.
  
  Nag-try din po ako mag-cash in sa shopee pay, na-hold din ng fast plus

  last day today ng ING retail banking. Until October 26 daw redemption nung unclaimed amount remaining pero one would need to go to ING office directly tapos 1000php na daw fee for OTC transactions.
  
  Correction: yesterday pala. Start pala ng sept 1, hindi na makaka pag banking sa online app nila

  Magtatanong lang po ako. Meron po kasi akong isang online transaction na payment method ng seller eh mag deposit sa digital bank nya (tama po ba yung term na yan), pero di po natuloy ang transaction namin kahit nakapag-deposit na ako. Mahahabol ko pa po kaya bank yun?
