I can't create an account on tipidcp

  Hello.
  I would like to buy a phone from tipidcp but I can't contact the seller because I can't create an account there. There's no recaptcha showing to complete the process unlike here at tipidpc.
  Can anyone please help? Thanks and best regards to all.

  try mo gamitin yung login mo dito sa tipidpc sir
  
  i don't remember creating an account there pero pwede yung login ko dito
