Good day, Nakabitan po ako kahapon nang PLDT Fibr 3799 and yung result po eto nka connect sa port 1 nang Fibr modem,
Kinabit ko po sa Asus router ko, eto po result
Tapos nag try po ako sa cellphone sa 5Ghz channel nang PLDT modem
Tapos nang check po ako nang connection gigabit naman yung WAN.

Sa WAN port ng ASUS nakakabit yung Fibr modem? naka router mode yung ASUS? Double NAT ang connection mo. Try mo ilagay sa access point mode yung ASUS at sa LAN port mo i-connect.

Salamat po sa pag reply. Yes sa WAN port po. Router mode. Pag ginawa ko pong AP mode yung AC68u uulit po po ba ako mag pair nung mga aimesh nodes?

Mesh pala setup mo. Hindi mo nilinaw kaagad. Yun bang speedtest mo sa ASUS ay kapag nakaconnect ka lang sa primary node? Kapag kasi dumaan na yan sa secondary node expect mo na may degradation ang speed depende sa puwesto at distansya ng secondary node sa primary node.

make sure ctf or hw acceleration is on. Turn off qos.

@frequenzy - that did it, thanks! Problema lang hindi na maka bandwidth limit ng client pagka ganitong setup. Is there any alternative para makapag-limit ng bandwidth ng connected clients?

you can only use adaptive qos, other qos features are not compatible with ctf. unfortunately the cpu is not powerful enough for traditional qos and other features for high bandwidth connections

I'm back on this thread again.
When using this router as AiMesh Node, can you still access its configuration and set enable ctf for it? I Am back on 200mbps again when I am connected on this node - I do not know how to access this node's config

if you really want to access your AiMesh Node then you need to SSH to your node and run
'nvram set re_mode=0'
but take note that even if you can access the Gui of your AiMesh node most of the options or menus will be missing since it will be showing in the Gui that it is running on repeater mode.

Can someone help me with AiCloud 2.0?
I have 2 external hard disks connected to my Asus RT-AC68U. I can access them locally. However, when I try to switch to mobile data, it cannot detect the router. Cloud Disk and Smart Access are enabled under AiCloud 2.0 tab.
Okay, looks like I spoke too soon. Yesterday I managed to map my networked hard drives' folders. Tonight, the mapped drive is no longer available as well. Maybe reliability is not this modem's strong point. Am I doing something wrong?
