Bought a second hand idcooling zoomflow and mounting kit while waiting for NZXT to update their AIO to ship with LGA 1700 mounting kits :(
nareceive mo na mounting kit mo sir? took us 4 weeks para mapadala samin. nagnotify sakin mga 1st week of december, nareceive namin dec 29. you can also use the existing lga 1200 kit as tested by gear seekers while waiting. sakin, gumamit ako ng washer sa likod ng board para maoffset yung almost 1mm difference ng height vs previous cpu height.

free ba yung mounting kit? plan ko rin kasi mag upgrade to Z73
@alveey
Future Kraken units produced after 11/25/21 will include the new LGA 1700 bracket. Please keep in mind that retailers may have older units that still don't yet have the bracket.
You can find the production date for your cooler in the serial number, starting with the 6th digit of the serial number as highlighted in bold below:
37227 210217 202510
The first two bolded numbers are the year, followed by the month, and ending with the day. For example, this serial number states the year was 2021 (21), in the month of February (02), on the 17th (17).
Edit: Kingston Fury Beast 6000 is a good candidate provided that the memory designation is ETMH (Hynix) instead of ETMM (Micron). Such a shame that they are bundling it with mobos and cpus na.
Bought a G.Skill 6400 CL32-39-39-102 Kit sa Bagong Itlog. This one is sure to be Hynix because of the discrepancy between CL and tRCD/tRP. Samsung has tight tRCD/tRP but has trouble going over 6600 as my current kit is currently experiencing.
Maybe a few degrees lower but might be within margin of error. Honestly, okay na in the first place yung temps ng 12700K ko doon sa stock retention mechanism.
+15% single core +41% multicore performance on 13900K.
Surprisingly, maliit lang yung gaming performance gains from DDR5 5200 to 5600 based on Intel's claims + cheaper DDR4 & possible x600 series motherboard support. Cache + frequency/thread count yung bulk ng performance gains.
^ Will be checking out the other reviews as well. Hmm $589 daw yung 13900K. If the generational price/performance value is good, might not be a bad idea for me to just upgrade the CPU on my existing board and mems.
Ganda ng competition sa CPUs ngayon. Panalo tayong consumers.
@budgetgadget
Wala din matinong reason para mag upgrade to 700 series chipset for Raptor Lake unless walang BIOS update for bang for the buck last gen boards.
CB R23 multicore:15653, single core: 1760, can be cooled by single tower cooler, parang ito talaga yung kailangan na naging 12600 non-k last year.
You could probably shave up to 150mv and still retain the same performance.
