Meron ding missing effects like yung moist / rain water sa gas mask.

There have been reports that while the Linux version was supposed to be as feature-full as the Windows one, actually an important graphics feature is missing: Tesselation.

I saw some confusion in the other launch thread about whether Metro was just missing the option for tessellation in settings and forcing it or whether it was removed completely. I took some screenshots of various items until I found something that was clearly different, here are the results:

  • ^ Nakita ko rin yan pero I'm also speaking from experience

Basta iba talaga kumpara sa Windows version. I also experience random crashing
  • Sana maganda maging effect ng Vulkan API sa game development on Linux.

I would still spend some time learning the use of terminal on Linux but, for gaming, I think I'll try it again after 2 to 5 years

    if wala pa din

Try mo i-drag yung folder mismo sa Terminal.

  • ^ Just reverted back to Ubuntu 15.10

Sana mas ok ang Ubuntu 16 LTS
  • ^

Ako balik ulit sa 16.04. Pansin ko parang mas tumaas fps/stable fps ko coming from Alpha 1 to the latest updates.

I also had to reduce some image quality setting to get more FPS.

On a different topic, may na-experience ka bang "green screen" flickering when switching from fullscreen mode to normal mode sa VLC Player ?

Update: (VLC) If it's not installed try this "sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras". If it is it will update the packages.

Meron akong nabasang patch for Linux about sa textures sa Dying Light. - <click here for link>

Oo may "green flicker" nga sa 15.10 and 16.04.

What are your thoughts on Linux Mint ?

Tried it for a short time at mukhang mas ok sya for Linux newbies na sanay na sanay sa Windows. The user interface is similar to Windows. I reverted back to Ubuntu 15.10 dahil dun sa file permission issue.

Napansin ko nga yan. I have to resize every time I open a new window.

What's the logic behind not making an offline installer ?

    Unigine Valley
    Unigine Heaven
    Libre Office

Sa Android (OS based on Linux) ay pwede ka mag-install ng apps without going thru Google Play Store. You can download the .apk file then install it using a file manager

For VLC try this - <click here for link>

  • Would current games need to be patched in order to take advantage of the performance improvement of Vulkan API ?

Or is it the OS that needs to be updated ?
  • Game engines (Unity, Cryengine, Source, Unreal etc...) need to adapt to the new API so that game devs can start porting their games, if only they wanted to.

  • Coming this March.

Walang pagpipiliang image quality settings like, texture detail, tessellation, etc

    Bakit ?

Kailangan pala ext4 file system yung drive or partition

I just formatted the 1TB HDD to ext4 file system

    Ito pala ang gagawin

    1. Open the terminal by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T
    2. Type sudo apt-get install nautilus-open-terminal and press Enter
    3. Type nautilus -q and press Enter

    /////////////////////////////
    /////////////////////////////

  • Mukhang GOG installer siguro gamit mo?

Yung tungkol dito? Pati ako naguluhan na. ^_^
  • Rufus <click here for link> na ang ginagamit ko para gumawa ng USB installer ng Linux.

USB Pen Drive Linux <click here for link> ang recommended sa Ubuntu website for making bootable USB installer pero when I check the integrity of the installer, may errors found.
