make sure to bring both ID and gawa ka letter (signed) requesting transfer of address
anung wala? 171 -> existing account -> landline number mo here -> technical support ganyan lagi gawa ko

bagal ng internet namin for 2days na... halos pumapatak ng .50Mbps mga 60kB/s lang mahigit... yung fibr na inaplayan ko... hanggang ngayon wla parin...
...kakabwiset talaga PLDT...

dito samin sa rosario, cavite dalawang gabi na lagi napuputol ang internet at busytone ang landline.. 30mins to 1 hour bago bumalik..

Did you push through with your transfer request? Ours took almost two months because we needed new modem and be removed/entered back into the system. One month to give us new modem and working landline, before it was disconnected after 9 days and re-connected after another 9 days (with different landline numbers). They asked us more than 10 times where we relocated even after submitting request letter personally. Be very patient as very little information is shared between departments/contractors. You need to repeat your request verbally every time you follow up your request. At least, in my experience. I even asked kung dapat ba ti-nagalog ko na lang?

Upgraded from 3mbps to 15mbps today ayos na agad siya ngayon so far ok naman kasi wala pa fibr dito sa area namin so upgrade nalang muna to 15mbps ????????

Sir wala naman po kami binayaran bali next month pa siya magiging 1699, tinawag lang namin sa phone na ipapaupgrade from lumang 3mbps na promo to 15mbps after ilang minutes ok na rin siya agad.

Hello guys.
Problem I have right now is for maybe at least twice a day, nadi-didisconnect DSL namin (Plan 1699, Unli -- newly upgraded to 15Mbps from 3Mbps) from the internet. Bale mawawala yung dalawang ilaw sa modem pero mare-reconnect naman after 1 or 2 minutes. I got no problem sa speed pero nakaka-hassle talaga itong mga disruption na 'to. Itinawag ko na sa 171 and was told nagkaroon daw ng "system reconfiguration" kaya daw madalas mag-reset yung connection. The issue was supposed to be resolved last week at na-close na nga yung ticket. Pero up until kaninang umaga ay ganun pa rin -- intermittent disconnection pa rin. Ni-report ko tuloy sa 171 ulit, saying wala naman nabago at nagpa-create ako ng bagong ticket. Bakit po kaya nagkakaganito?

kung may kakakilala ka na kapit bahay na naka dsl din, pwede mo icheck kung ok net nila. paghindi then malamang may issue sa area niyo mismo.

Unfortunately, kami lang sa neighborhood ang PLDT MyDSL subscriber. The rest ay Globe & Convergence. Anyway, I will follow-up with PLDT na rin about this.

Surprised to see that my DL speed was upgraded this week from 10 Mbps to 15 Mbps without calling PLDT which means nag roll out na sila ng speed upgrade. I hope sa susunod maging FIbr area na sa amin.

Any one here uses NEtflix sa DSL nyo? Are you getting the full hd and/or Ultra HD? sa Fiber kasi hindi, may issue pa.

Mga san pedro area dyan musta connection nyo? 3 days na 8-9mbps ang speed with atleast 50-90ms depende sa server.. before stable ang 15-16mbps. with 5-15ms. Ano kya meron...

mga sir, talaga bang inuupgrade ng PLDT yung mga naka 10mbps na dati to 15mbps? ang alam ko kasi na 15mbps plan yung mga bagong magpapalagay palang pero yung mga matagal na dito naka 10mbps naging 15mbps na din ba sa inyo?

Sa mga naka dsl 1699 pwede ba natin ilipat ng vdsl yun settings sa router natin para maganda un down/up speed? May nabasa kase ko sa kabila na switch lang daw from adsl to vdsl sa router. Currently im using hg180 router di ko maaccess yung ibang settings. And 12down 1 up lng nakukuha ko.

natuloy sa disconnection kasi di na matransfer ung line namin. passing thru private property kasi. :(

Nagpa upgrade ako ng dsl 1299 - 5 mbps. activated naman after 2 days (March 19) pero hanggang 3mpbs lang. May pumunta kanina technician (this sunday) nag check siya ng line sa street namin at hanggang 3mbps lang daw ang kaya..wtf... totoo ba yun? Mag fibr na lang daw ako pero wala ako budget for that at recently upgraded lang ako with 2 years lock in period sabi sa 171.
