    intayin na lang cguro na dumami ung 5g phones (and of course dumami ung mga celltowers dito sa pinas)
  • I'm more interested in the fixed wireless offering for 5G once it comes out especially on the crap range good capacity mm wave that would probably require something like those canopies of old.
    452mbps doesn't mean squat to me if you have a 10gb monthly data for a 999 unli plan.

    Although I must admit 4G is the best thing since sliced bread since it is actually usable unlike those 3G pocket wifi and crap sticks.(or maybe it's just their crap implementation).

    Also, assume the top-end speeds (~500mbps for now) will be gated behind a spicy monthly fee.

  • ^Guys, worth ba mag upgrade? 5MBPS -> 15MBPS. 20% lang when you needed ang speed ko. Kainis ang ISP natin. Pag hindi mo need 5MBPS. Pag gagamitin mo sa work, 1MBPS!

    kung ako tatanungin mo, worth it naman (from 5mbps plan 999+700 legacy to 25mbps FIBR 1899). Pero depende na rin sa area nyo. Also, if consistently 1mbps ung download mo, reklamo na yan (matagal nga lang magpadala ng tech kung ndi kayang ayusin sa office nila)
  • Using for VPN. Yun ang problem. Ang bagal pag araw or gabi na gagamitin mo sa VPN. Download no issue. Fast.

    kung mabagal dahil sa VPN, pwede ung VPN ung issue (that or bad routing paglabas ng pinas).

    Paid VPN or company VPN (if company VPN bka pde i-report yan cguro sa tech nyo)

    Company VPN. Sabay ko check. Pag mabagal VPN ko. Mabagal speedtest sa cell phone ko which is also using the WIFI. Pag smooth ang remote session ko, mabilis din per Speedtest sa phone pag check ko. Just to rule out its not a VPN issue.

  • ^ May time na 5MBPS ang result ko, pero pag may meeting ako nagdrop to >1mbps.
  • Hello po! Legacy subscriber po kami ng Xperience 999 since 128kbps pa siya. Dapat po ba 15mbps na speed ngayon? Kasi sometime last year we got a speed upgrade tp 10mbps, but nakasulat sa website na 1699 which is what I think our plan is now 15mbps. Should i call them to correct my speed profile? Thank you!

    Yes, call them and have your profile corrected. PLDC is well known for neglecting any auto update on users.

    san location nung vpn server niyo? if singapore or hongkong then normally mabilis, pero kung sa america expected na medyo mataas ang latency kaya mabagal. using company vpn din ako, pero yung server namin is nasa sg lang.
  • Sa mga taga san pedro, anyone experiencing connect-disconnect?

    Baka meron narin po nakakaalam ng new admin user/password sa prolink modem.?

  • Tnx sa info sir, tinawag ko na sa PLDT, ok naman daw connection ng san pedro same din sa mga kapitbahay ok din connection. Nakapag request na rin ako ng inspection.
  • hello po,. tanong ko lang po kung meron nakakaalam dito kung ilan po ung max. UPLOADING speed ng plan na 1299 pldt fiber 5mbps po? maraming salamat po.

    Yung PLDT since June 18 wala pa ako Internet connection and dialtone sa landline. July 5 na ngayon. Tried to go to their office and called them. Pero it seems di naman nila binibigyan pansin. Ganyan ba talaga katagal ang service nila? Or should I then scrap PLDT and change ISP?

    keep on record lahat (day when nawalan internet, any email/speedtest/etc na patunay, any messages to/from PLDT). have a copy and direcho mo na sa PLDT office ulit. if wala pa rin, direcho na sa NTC (may guide ata sa PLDT FIBR thread paano)

    I believe DSL lang ang plan 1299, 5mbps download 0.5 upload per my connection.

  • wala pa bang balitang bagong speed increase? approve na yun permit nung bagong kalaban baka trip nila taasan para wala na lumipat
  • Any one experience na walang internet via wifi dun sa pldt modem/router? Pero yung naka kabit naman na separate router meron naman internet. Short of factory reset nung modem ano pa kaya pwede tignan?
  • ^Mukha wifi password issue ser. Magkaiba naman siguro wep key ng pldt router at nun 3rd party router niyo di ba? Yun muna alamin nyo before t/s ng iba pang issue.

    more than 5 times visit sa office nila. Boni, Megamall.
    And follow ups every 2 days. Still wala nangyayari.
    Ano na ba next ko gagawin?
