    sakin, halos 4 months since day 1, pero ung tita ko 1 week

    mahirap din sabihin pero ipon pasensya kelangan para sure

    tagal din pala..kasi etong samin nag apply kami oct 5.. 5days daw makabitan na..oo ipon pasensya at tiyaga sa pag followup

    wag maniwala sa 1 week 1 week. darating pag dumating. bsta follow up once a week sa 171 (and if may time, sugod din sa PLDT business office para mag follow up kahit once a month lang)
  • Mga sir/mam tanong ko lang baka may nakatry na o naka experience na sa inyo na magpa rebate/ bill adjustment due to bad service. 1 month na kasi sira ang landline at 2weeks ng di mamgamit ng maayos ang net.

    If meron, pano ginawa nyo?

    tawag ka lang sa 171 using cellphone smart/tnt/sun..billing dept,sabihin mo lang na mag pa bill adjustment ka
  • mga sir, meron pa ba super admin access? kasi tumawag ako sa PLDT hotline, wala na daw ganun. ayaw narin gumana ng old super admin passwords.

    nagbackread ako kaso ilang pages na di ko makita info about this if tinanggal na ba or pinalitan na.

    either kagat ka sa waiver (lose/lose ka dito) o gawa ka paraan (mas mahirap sa mga bagong model ng modem)

  • Mga sir ano kaya problema ng DSL namin unang modem BaudTec RN243R4 nawawala ang internet sa WiFi pero sa LAN naman hindi nawawala ang internet pero detected sya ng mga devices na nakakaconnect, kaya naisip ko baka modem/router na yun problem kaya pinalitan ko sya ng pinaglumaan ko na modem Prolink PRS1241B na ginagamit ko dati sa isa namin bahay bago kami mag migrate sa fiber na walang naging issue. naging okay naman sya naging stable ang WiFi pero ilang days ganun na din ang naging problem naging same ng Baudtec sa WiFi lang naging issue pero sa PC ko na nakawired wala naman naging problem.

    nareport na din namin sa PLDT kung sakaling palitan yung Baudtec, pero pinagtataka ko bakit yung Prolink ganun din ang naging problem pero ilang years ko na gamit yun sa kabila namin bahay walang issue ako naencounter. meron bang settings na nagalaw o pwede ko gawin sa modem para maging stable ulit?

    Share ko lng po ung experience ko, I am using pldt telpad plan, bigla po kaming nawalan ng dialtone pero meron kaming internet. After ko mareport sa pldt, may pumunta sa aming subcon at sabi nila grounded daw ang wire namin sa loob ng bahay at kailangan daw palitan. Babayaran daw namin ung wire at labor para dun. Indirectly, para bang pinaparamdam nila sau na sila na lng magkakabit at babayaran ko sila para walang hassle sa part ko. Sabi ko sa kanya kung grounded yan bakit may internet ako, sabi na lng nya sabihan na lng daw sila kung napalitan ang wire. After nila umalis nawalan na kami ng internet, pagcheck ko sa junction box, tinangal nila ung mga wires sa terminal. After 1 month, na follow-up, pagreport sa NTC, naayos nila ung dialtone namin, ang sabi ng taga pldt nahugot daw sa switchboard ang line namin ; ).
  • same experiencesa akin. dun ko yata napost yun sa pldtdsl thread, nawalan ako ng dial tone pero may internet. tumawag ako sa cs. ang kaibahan lang natin wala pumunta tech mismo sa bahay.
    tinawagan lang ako ng repairman nandun sya sa box, nahugot nga daw yun wire kasi luma na daw yun box sa amin kaya pag may kinalikot yun ibang tech minsan nahuhugot yun ibang linya. and mabait yun repairman kasi hindi saew sya naka assign sa area, emergency rescue lang sya pinapunta para ayusin yun dial tone namin. within 24 hrs lang inabot
  • sa part ko kc sir, mapapaisip ka lang talaga if aksidenteng nahugot ung linya or sadyang hinugot sa swithcboard para pagkakitaan : )

    tinanggal nila yun wire nyo sa terminal kasi grounded at baka ma-apektuhan pa iba subscriber siguro.
  • Sir as per pldt technician mismo inde grounded ung wire. Nasa switchbox mismo ung problem.kay nagtataka cla bakit ginalaw nila un. Ako n lng nagbalik kaya nagkaruon din kami ng net.
  • Sino po dito ang naka DSL din yung plan pero ang binigay na modem ay pang VDSL ex. HG180U nagkakaproblem ba connection nyo?

    from telpad 2099 to dsl1699. wala pa kasi fiber dito sa lugar namin eh.

    Hindi po ba sila compatible? Or may ibang way para ma access panel?

    I'll share my experience for PLDT support.
    Currently i have no Landline Tone and Internet
    I am an IT and can handle troubleshooting with Hardwares and Cables , but not to extent of outside facilities, ex PLDT.

    December 22, called 171 (using Cell) for troubleshooting request, reported no Dial tone and Internet, received a ticket number, and was advised that the resolution will take up to 6 days
    Earlier before disconnection, i noticed there where technicians around, i asked them if they did something, they said it is not related because it's a fiber connection, mine was a copper based 10MB DSL.
    Fastforward, I called 171 almost everyday until January 13, 2020, impatient, i went to PLDT near SM Bicutan, to follow-up.
    I was welcomed by the reception doing the queue tickets, patiently waited my turn.

    Then I was called, informed the guy that my Tone and Internet was inactive since December 22, 2019.
    I asked if there were some updates about my ticket, surprisingly he said there was none and kept insisting that "MAYBE" there are MAJOR problems regarding some FACILITIES.
    All he could do was record my visit, and again, i was advised that my report will be handled another 6 days.
    I was somehow confused and angry at that time, but i kept my cool conversation with the deskman.
    I asked why weren't there any updates on the ticket, because i kept calling 171, and the call center peeps, gave me updates that the line was checked, it was already elevated to technicians, and there where visits, I confirmed there was none
    The deskman said, that most information was not reliable if it comes from 171.
    Why is it they recommend to call 171, if it wasn't reliable, i realized it was a waste of time.
    Then i asked if he can read all the History of the ticket, he said he can only see the latest upon opening, and if he does that we will be spending a lot of time, so i think it can be done, why can't he.....
    Fastforward, he said there is a difference in reporting to 171 and PLDT near site, he said they can directly communicate with the Technicians.
    I asked if you can directly communicate with them, can you ask them any updates why there weren't any updates?
    He said they can only send them REPORT, sheesshhhh, the conversation is going nowhere.
    I also asked if they have a direct number in Bicutan, so it will be convenient for me to report, he said they have none, they only require to visit the office.

    In summary i left PLDT Bicutan disgraced, out of hope, angry and somehow relieved that i knew what is really happening.

    I think it is not intended for Customer support, i think it is intended to defend PLDT at all cost...........
  • ^I experienced no dial tone and internet on the morning of Dec. 22, so I reported it the same day with 171. The next day they came at my place and fixed my connection's issue of no dial tone and internet. They reconnected the cut off cable 2 blocks away in the middle of the street. I'm just glad they came earlier than usual.

    Yung internet dsl light ko naka on naman blinking, then after some time nag hahang sya steady light. wala na sya internet na pumapasok? then babalik after 60 secs. sa work ko kasi gamit ang net kaya ang laking hassle kapag intermittent sya. ang dami ko nang report dun sa 171 pati sa main office ang dami na rin technician nagpunta pero wala makaayos ng issue. tapos puro pa sila offer na iupgrade nalang daw sa fiber eh existing line di nga maayos dadagdag pa gastos?...
