Im planing kasi na setup ko lang sa sala namin for movies and playing console, -
pinakamura ang logitech z906, position lang ng maayos ang sub. W - at least 4" from wall, L - membrane around 20% from the back wall.

if youre not too serious about the sound quality, i guess that will do.

bose is OK as long as properly treated yung room. if not, malayo ang tunog nyan dun sa demo room nila. -

Di ko alam ang pricing ng bose at svs diyan sa Pinas but I would try dragonslash's suggestion. Audition the SVS Prime 5.1 kung meron distributor sa Pinas. Kung di masyado malaki price difference I would go for the SVS speakers against Bose speakers.
We used to own a bose acoustimas series v speakers and it was lacking bass and overall clarity. When we shifted to SVS then it changed the whole audio game for us. You'll notice the difference once you audtioned both brands. -

Mahal pala diyan sa Saudi ang SVS. I am from Abu Dhabi and nabili ko sa akin via the local distributor for 5500 DHS (5500 SAR) tapos ung Bose Acoustimass 10 Series V is priced at 4700 DHS (4700 DHS) kaya di gaano kalaki price difference between the two brands.
Sa KSA mo ba gagamitin yung speakers or ipapadala mo din sa Pinas? -

I asked the UAE distributor ng SVS kung may partner sila sa KSA but unfortunately the don't have one.
If you could post some images of the place where you will put the speakers then I and the other guys in here could better help you out.
Naaudition mo na ba yung ibang speaker brands like Yamaha, Denon, KEF, Onkyo, Klipsch and other brands? Mas okay kung marinig mo lahat ng available home theater bago ka bumili. Bring your own media to sample the speakers. Kung movie magdala ka ng copy ng John Wick Part 1 iplay mo yung scene na may gunfight sa may pool scene. For testing the audio get a good copy of Bob Marley's song Turn your lights down low and yung live version ng Eagles song California.
We're not saying that Bose sounds bad but you can actually get something better for your hard earned money. -

Regarding soundbars po Ok parin po ang Konzert SB 2x4 worth 3999php eto po ba ung dating 5999php?
meron po kasi nang SB 3x4 na worth 5999 as per Ansons Xmas pamphlet.

Nakabili ako ng Konzert SBX 3X4 2.1 Channel Soundbar last Saturday, 30 Nov 2019 (Bonifacio Day) sa G. Puyat, Manila (formerly Raon St). Natawaran ko siya ng P5,000 sa isang shop (P5,999 retail price sa Mall). Maganda sound nya, bluetooth connect yung sub-woofer nya with the soundbar, which means wala nang wire from soundbar to sub-woofer. May 220VAC power both yung soundbar at sub-woofer (active), kaya I needed two 220V AC outlets. OK sya, as far as I am concerned, as a decent soundbar for a 50-inch SmartTV.
Right now nakakabit siya sa bago kong low-cost SmartTV (50inch LED Coocaa 4k UHD SmartTV from Lazada). Na-try ko, to connect on bluetooth interface, good ang result. Na try ko rin na ikabit from HDMI, good din yung result, the sound goes smoothly from TV HDMI to soundbar HDMI.
Di ko na-test yung Optical Cable ko, kasi yung nabili ko na optical cable sa Deeco (P110 ang cost) ay malaki yung grip portion kaya ayaw pumasok sa TV ko, masyado kasi nakabaon yung optical interface ng TV. Bili na lang ako sa mall ng may maliit yung dulo.
Next, try ko ikabit yung Karaoke player ko using RCA to mini-plug cable na kasama ng soundbar.

My media player (Egreat R1-ii) is showing signs of end of life after 8 years of use -- November 2011 ko sya binili brand new.
I am looking at the Zidoo Z9S coz I like to have something that has SATA connection to an external HDD.
If you have other recommendations, please feel free to share.

Ask ko lang po (or pabulong) kung saan po ba makakabili ng satellite speaker stands? Bumili kasi ako ng Samsung Wireless Rear Speaker Kit nitong Black Friday sa Amazon and balak ko sana ikabit na lang sa floor stands. Ang kaso wala pala available sa ating mga popular local online shops nun. Kung sa Amazon ulit ako bibili ang mahal nya para lang sa stands.
So sana po may makatulong. -

or kung gusto mo DIY mo nalang. -

- around 700mm length ng soundbar
.....kaso wala ako makita na photo sa internet para pakita dito, maganda ang bass malalim at maganda ang explosion effect, yun soundbar hinde distorted kahet full volume both speaker volume and celfone volume (LG G6), maganda yun distribution ng sound effect from left to right, satisfied naman ko sa music at video sound quality...

naka-sale mga LG at Samsung sound bar and for the price better pa ang JBL Bar 2.1 kesa dyan sa Creative when it comes to audio quality -

Guys ask ko lang may bibilhin kasi akong amplifier na Onkyo, ang issue is 1 Terminal lang daw ang nagana? Ano ibig sabihin nyan mga boss?
