    Mga sir tanong lang po. Pwede po ba kabitan ng ibang smart sim card yung indoor smart bto ultera? Then yung ilalagay ko na lte sim card loadan ko para dun nalang ako magloload parang naging prepaid nalang yung ultera ko. Pwede po ba yun?

    Sa mga taga batasan area dito. May internet ba kayo? Ako slow to no browse ang sistema ko ngayon. Pag nakalagay sa pocket wifi may internet kahit papaano. Pag nakaconnect sa modem (B315s-936) eh no browse na siya. Swerte na ako pag umabot ng 30kBps yung browsing speed ko. May upgrade ba yung smart? Nakailang tawag na din kami kaso paulit ulit lang yung sinasabi reset reset lang daw. Parang walang silbi yung customer service nila eh. Nagkaganito na din last year bandang january din. Naiset yung account namin sa 1gb limit kaya nawawalan ng net pag nagrereach ng 1gb eh unlimited tong plan namin. Pero ngayon di naman daw nagkaganun. :(

    Edit: 1 week nang ganito yung connection namin. :(

    3 months from now matatapos na din yung overpriced gosurf 999 5GB a month(with complementary anti bill shock of 5pesos per 2MB hanggang maging 1500php) ng Mom ko sa plan niya.
    I'm planning to avail her of the smart Plan 499.

    May nakakuha na ba dito ng Smart LTE unit(yung recent model if ever nagpapalit sila).
    Ilang oras tumatagal yung charge ng pocket wifi(continuous ON lang kahit walang gumagamit).
    Doon sa naka postpaid plan with LTE pocket wifi do they allow you to unlock the unit after the contract tulad ng sa cellphone?

    Otherwise kukuha na lang ako ulit ng siomai LTE pocket wifi 7800mah pag sandali lang yung charge.

    Doon sa naka postpaid plan with LTE pocket wifi do they allow you to unlock the unit after the contract tulad ng sa cellphone?

    In the case of my Mother's Smart BRO(-ken)'s Postpaid Pocket LTE which the old one was Huawei's E5573-320
    -I'm pretty sure they won't discuss it but after contract your old one is yours literally unless if you can openline that (E5573-320 is tough to unlock)

    again my Mother's newly contracted pocket LTE Wifi now has a monochrome LCD

    I see so hindi sila nag provide ng unlocking code.

    Tapos na contract ng kuya ko sa globe for iphone 6 so I terminated it(linktik na gosurf anti bill shock laging nagiging 1500php monthly sa internet dahil sa MB charges at bigla na lang nag off yung surfalert).

    I asked them to unlock the iphone and pede so I thought pede din sa pocket wifi but it seems otherwise.

    How long is the charge nung bagong model?

    Sino sa inyo merong Smart Bro device iyong black na Square na para syang router?
    Nilagyan ko ng Smart Broadband na Sims before ok sya gumagana, now hindi na, ni check ko iyong WAN network ng device, unrecognized or something.

    Parang ganito itsura nya kaso walang stand at maliit ng konti. Phaseout na ba ito?

    How long is the charge nung bagong model?

    supposedly that model holds at least 2 hours longer than the typical pocket wifi

    so by my guesstimate (my lil bro is using it when going out with parents to hospital...) probably 6-7 hours nonstop use from E5573-320's 4-6 hours nonstop

    I'm still using a canopy and for the last 2 years nasira un poe Motorolla adaptor ko. Pinalitan naman ng mga technician na nagseservice sa area namin dto pampanga. Pero un last time na pinalitan nila sinabi sakin na hindi na daw nila papalitan next time na masira uli dahil hindi naman daw binabayad ng smart sa kanila un mga adaptor na un. Subcontractor daw sila. Then there are no other choice except to terminate nlng daw internet connection ko.

    May electronic or networking store ba na pwede mabkabili ng ganito type ng canopy adaptor? Pra sana magka-spare ko incase masira uli.

    Hi All,

    Am thinking of getting a Pocket Wifi or an LTE router to use at home para sa work. I used to have a 3G pocket wifi and usually get 5Mbps DL at 1.6 - 2Mbps UP. Yung problem ko kasi sa pocket wifi na yun from time to time nadi-disconnect ako more than 3 times a day.

    Choices:
    ZTE MF90
    Huawei E5573
    B315s

    Meron ako ginamit na B315s kaso sobrang bagal nya. Walang antenna na nakakabit nung ginagamit ko sya. Nasa 36th Floor pala ako and napansin ko mabilis ang Smart at mabagal ang Globe.

    Dun sa options ko, meron ba kayo marecommend para maging stable connection? Or is there something you can recommend me to do para maging stable connection. Thanks!

    I bought a SmartBro LTE pocket wifi to replace yung 4G pocket wifi (open line) ko na nanakaw. Nung nilagay ko yung postpaid sim ko under Freedom plan ayaw gumana. Di ba talaga pwede kabitan nung postpaid sim ito? Ang sabi nung promo basta Smart or Sun sim pwede daw.

    Hey guys so nawalan nako ng pldt dsl, so switch ako to smart, kasi ito ang malakas sa bago kong nilipatan.

    Anyway na realize ko na hindi ko pwede ma avail ung mga promo na pang smart bro like flexitime and allnight sa regular smart prepaid sim. Gigasurf lang lagi ko gamit lately na naka hotspot, pero kasi kelangan ko kasi mag download ng huge files.

    So ano ba dpat ko bilhin? Eto ba

    Pwede ba smart bro na sim nalang bilhin ko and gawin kong pocket wifi isa sa mga tablet or phone na nag hahakot ng alikabok dito sa bahay? LTE ready sya. Gagana ba ung smart bro na sim sa phones? Or mas mabilis yan mga pocket wifi na binebenta?

    Sorry dsl kasi gamit ko for 15 years so mejo newbie ako sa mobile internet.

    Yesterday nagbukas ako ng Smart BRO LTE sim that was bundled with the phone I bought last year kasi mageexpire na yung SIM(actually lumagpas na). So I did a balance inquiry under SIM applications(yung may menu) at meron akong free sms and unlisurf for 10 days. Hindi ako nag subscribe ng kahit ano basta automatic pagsaksak boom meron na.

    Tanong ko lang, subject ba ito sa FUP or download lang ng download pwede?

    May canopy po ako kaso mukhang naghihingalo na yung power adapter nya. Last year lang kasi sya pinalitan. Tanong ko lang po kung may pwedeng mag-suggest na mas magandang replacement? At mukhang tinitipid ako masyado ni Smart/PLDT. Pwede po ba yung 24V 1A ang output? May nabasa po kasi ako na hanggang 2A ang kaya nung canopy.

    salamat sa serbisyo ng canopy ko 2010 - 2018 napilitan na ako mag migrate to PLDT Ultera dahil wala na masagap na signal ang canopy dito sa amin kht malapit lng sa amin ung cellsite ng SMART
