^ yes 1st node nakadirect sa router. Maikili kasi ung cable kasama sa package kaya i tried isaksak ung 5m na cable para maipwesto somewhat sa gitna ung firsr deco. Then ung 2nd deco sa 2nd floor directly above the first one. Iniisip ko baka if magdagdag ako ng isa pang deco sa 2nd floor na magiging directly above my room e magiimprove ang connection. since ang signal strength based on the app e 1 bar na lang if connected ang 3rd node sa 2nd node. S i wonder if may improvement kaya if magiging 2 signal din ung source ng 3rd node.

Happy new year sir/ma'am,
may tanong lang ako about sa globe vdsl2 zte h288a ung modem.
may way po ba para mapalitan ung Internet WAN "DNS". Palagi kasi ang papalit e na aapektuhan ung latency ko (slow browsing) nag palit siya this day again. From 112.198.126.126 to 112.198.111.84 DNS.
ung previous na DNS eh okay naman pero ung current na napalitan halos di ko magamit dahil sa high latency plus intermittent connection. chineck ko na din DNS kay google from abuseipdb.
kailangan ko ba itong itawag kay globe para mapalitan nila?

^no need, with windows punta ka lang sa IPv4 setting ng wifi/lan mo and set your own DNS servers.
for IOS same deal punta ka lang sa wifi and manually set your DNS
for andoird, eto yung maarte, ayaw papalitan yung DNS via wifi settings so kuha ka ng 1.1.1.1 app sa play store and turn on WARP, basically it creates a tunnel that only redirects DNS request to cloudflare but other connections is till going directly on your internet connection so wala yan penalty sa online games.

san makaka bili ng Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch ES-16-XG or Mikrotik CRS309-1G-8S+IN or any fiber 10Gb switch?
Mas ok sana if meron syang mixed 10Gb copper and fiber port. (kahit 4x copper and 4x fiber)

Hello!
scenario: WFH ako and we use VPN to connect to our laptops from our office. when connected to VPN, websites/webapps (google, skype, outlook, company apps) lang na ginagamit ng company namin ang accessible.
problem: I trade stocks but I cannot monitor it during market hours since I also work at that time (sayang ang dual monitor). I have to disconnect muna sa VPN for a while to check the stockmarket and connect back to VPN to do work. medyo hassle.
question: can I use my personal network(para walang nakablock na mga websites) and company VPN at the same time with my desktop? or do you know some other way to solve this problem?

Walang way and you do not need to complicate things get another laptop for your stocks monitoring.

but still this is assuming you own the equipment, else there migth be some restriction (eg installation of other sofware) enforced by your IT department.

Mga sir ask sana ako help, i recently bought mikrotik rb4011 sinubukan ko sya i setup sinusundan ko lng mga instructions sa youtube sadly ayaw mag work. 2 isp ko pldt and globe both 100mbps. Sa may mga experience mag setup pa tulong nmn pls ang pirmary ko is pldt then backup and globe with autofail setup ginagawa ko. Salamat in advance mga idol

Sobra dali sundan yan. May options rin mismo yan sa loob pumili ng config. No need na ng tulong kung nasa network ka. Focus mo muna 1 line na config.

Personal desktop ko ang gamit ko. pwede ba ko mag run ng VM(irun ko dito ung VPN)+ ung personal network nang sabay? Not sure kung tama ang term ko.

yep, just install a VMware or Virtualbox (google mo na lang) and install a fresh WIndows 10 Install on a VM, once you got to the installation, you can now use that VM as dedicated sandboxed environment for your work, kung meron man silang software to monitor what your doing, they wont even know that your actually watching a youtube video or playing games or doing your stocks as long as you do it outside the VM.

tinry ko mag install ng Ubuntu VM using Hyper-V ng windows 10. gumana naman using two diff networks pwede ko gamitin (VPN + personal network). problem is bumabagal desktop ko, siguro iconsider ko to after ko mag upgrade this year :D thanks! may natutunan akong bago hehe

^just add more ram. yan lang naman usually bottleneck when it comes to VMs. other thing is SSD but just do the RAM first.

mga sir question ano kaya possible reason bakit yung wireless connection ko, ung ibang devices connected pero no internet pero ung iba naman meron. yung router ko pla is TP Link AX10 - dati okay naman sya ngaun lang nagkaganto. di ko alam kung hardware problem.

assuming connected sa same SSID, kung yung ibang devices gumagana at yung iba hindi, mas malaki chance na yung device ang may problem at hindi yung router. kapag may problem kasi sa wireless ng router, dapat lahat ng devices may issue. kung 2.4Ghz, baka dahil sa interference.

Ganyan talaga sir, isa sa mga factors to consider is yung distance and obstructions between the router and its clients. Most likely di makapagcommunicate maayos yung mga devices na walang internet dun sa router.

baka naman malayo na sir yung device sa router. more or less limitation na sa wireless? 2.4Ghz ba gamit niyo?
