Nag try na ako ng isang TPlink Omada EAP615-Wall so far mas mabilis ang wifi connection ko than the google mesh kahit nasa kabilang room ako tapos si TPLink nasa kabilang room.
TPLink Omada speed.
Google mesh

You could probably hit about ~300Mbps speeds on 5GHz.

@uvax Salamat

Good day po! I'm looking for some advice if merong mga network techies dito. I just got gifted a TP-Link Archer AX55 router and I'm on the Converge 200Mbps plan but I'm still using the very old Huawei HG8245H modem/router na provided. Do I replace? Do I bridge? or Do I just contact Converge?

Yes it will work.

If yan yung allowed ng budget mo it's already bang for the buck. I'm using the AX10 which is much cheaper pero ok na ok ang performance in my experience.

such a lucky guy! anyway i can say na mas ok na meron kang gagamitin na 3rd party router like AX55 para mas stable ang connection mo. you can set on router mode then all of your devices sa wifi ng AX55 na mag connect. you can check my previous post here para makita mo yung scenario ng modem + 3rd party router connection.

Thank you! I just finished setting up everything and thankfully no problems! I just followed all the instructions from @Ominous' post

@Archimedes
Change the ethernet cable to CAT6, karamihan ng mga CAT5e cabe dito hindi properly terminated kaya hindi capable ng gigabit. Also, check your TP-LINK Router. Baka hindi gigabit mga ethernet ports.

what do you mean "not properly terminated?"

@Archimedes
I just checked the specs of your router, the ethernet ports are not gigabit capable (10/100/1000). It is the reason why you can't reach speeds over 100 Mbps.

^Archer c20 only have 100M ethernet ports kaya ganun.

Thank you for your observation guys!
But why is it that they are advertising that the max speed is 300mbps for (2.4ghz) and 433mbps for (5ghz) ?

^Typical TP-LINK, just look at their TP-LINK Deco E4 mesh. Dual band but that ethernet ports are not gigabit.

^Use case for the E4 is as an expansion node for an existing Deco mesh setup. If you're using wireless backhaul the 10/100 ethernet ports don't matter and you save money compared to buying a model with a gigabit ethernet port. All Decos are compatible to one another.

I can suggest for a quick and easy solution for this is to buy an Ethernet Switch. You can buy either 5 or 8 port switch depende sa need mo.

tp-link is very simple, go to
system - operation mode - access point
