oo nga sir.. napansin ko kasi yung utilization ng CPU ko nasa 8% max lang and sobrang bagal ng PC ko.. then looking on my Rainmeter CPU load nasa 100% siya.. tried opening the HWmonitor nasa 100c yung temp.. nag thermal throttle yung CPU.. Turned off the Rig and opened my case.. hinawakan ko yung radiator.. malamig.. yung mainit na part nasa Processor lahat
although its better to let it die sooner para mapawarranty.. kesa pag malapit na matapos yung warranty dun palang mamatay

I am using H220-X on my rig, eto yung pinalit nung distro after masira yung H220 ko na orig.

Appreciate your feedbacks!

H100i v2, Kraken x52, any 240 rad and above.

At the minimum, ID Cooling Frostflow 240L yung cheapest at Php 3,450. But take note na may konting difficulty sa installation niya since yung 4 long bolts or mounting studs nag spin freely at hindi nag-lo-lock sa backplate. So medyo tricky i-tighten yung waterblock kasi nag spin freely yung 4 long bolts, unless gagamit ka ng pliers. But overall maganda naman ang cooling performance ng Frostflow 240L if mounted correctly.
Kung willing ka to spend a bit more, suggestion ko go for DeepCool Captain 240 EX for Php 3,990. Mas madali siya install, mas tahimik ang fans and pump, plus it comes with a 4-port fan hub. Mas matagal "daw" ang lifespan ng pump niya but this remains to be seen... your mileage may vary. Cooling performance is about the same as the Frostflow 240L but I assume mas tahimik ang operation.
If you want more cooling performance, meron din yung DeepCool Captain 360 EX for Php 5,000. Based siya on a 360mm radiator with triple 120mm fans so potentially mas malakas ang cooling performance. Yun lang it only comes in black-red theme and yung included na fan hub has 4-ports only so not suitable for push-pull configuration.
Kung ako mag suggest, just go for the ID Cooling Frostflow 240L or the DeepCool Captain 240 EX and overclock mo yung Core i7-4790K with reasonable voltage and call it a day. Problem din kasi sa Haswell is hindi maganda ang contact ng die to heatspreader so kahit malakas na AIO cooler pa gamit mo, hindi masyado bumababa ang temps until a certain point. Kaya mga iba mas prefer nila i-delid yung processor to get the lowest temps on their Core i7-4790K.

Pero admittedly it is a high-risk / high-reward modification kasi pwede bumaba ang CPU temps mo by as much as 10-12 degrees.
Regarding dual-fan setup / push-pull setup sa radiator, nag matter lang siya kung ang radiator na gamit mo are the very thick ones or mataas ang fin density. Pero if you are just using the regular 27mm thick radiators na gamit ng mga AIO watercoolers, sa tingin ko hindi worth it yung expense of adding extra fans. Konti din ang increase in cooling performance by adding more fans, like maybe 2-3 degrees at most. Just run the fans at higher RPM to compensate.
So with push-pull pwede mo i-run ang fans at lower speeds (like 900 RPM) but still get the same airflow through the radiator. So same cooling performance with less fan noise.
Pero kung priority mo ang better cooling performance sa AIO watercooler, mas sulit if you buy an AIO with bigger radiator area tulad ng 280mm or 360mm radiators or look for AIO watercoolers with thicker radiators. One example is yung Cryorig A40 Ultimate which is using a 38mm thick radiator.
BTW, someone is selling an EK Predator 240 with unopened box sa TipidPC items for sale. Kung naghahanap ka ng AIO watercooler with the same performance as a custom watercooling kit, you might want to check this out.

Salamat sir sa detailed information. Kung sakali first time ko mag water cool.

Sa AIO watercoolers meron two types of power connections, one for the fans and one for the pump.
Then yung fan hub may isang plug papunta sa PSU (for power) at isang plug sa motherboard fan header (for RPM sensing / control).
Also some AIO watercoolers may requirement na yung pump ay running at full speed palagi. Mga bagong motherboards ngayon may dedicated pump header sa motherboard so check your motherboard baka meron dedicated pump header. In case walang pump header yung motherboard mo, most likely pwede mo siya ikabit directly sa PSU (for power) with another plug sa motherboard fan header (for RPM sensing).
Anyway before buying the AIO watercooler mas maganda kung check mo yung review or download mo yung user manual niya para magka-idea ka kung paano yung wiring ng fans and pump :-)

just found out that thermaltake pacific DIY LCS radiators (Rxxx, not sure with RLxxx) are made out of "zinc infused" aluminum. mukang XSPC kit or Alphacool kit ang bagsak ko talaga.
