Pwede mo namang huwag sabihin para siguradong tanggapin, isasabay lang naman ipadala ni DQ kay supplier yung monitor sa regular delivery schedule nila (dati nagpaRMA ako ng GPU sa DQ kahit lagpas na yung 1 year warranty kasi may distro warranty pa).
Magkakaproblema ka lang talaga kay supplier kapag nadetermine nilang may water damage. Worse case sa tingin ko papabayarin ka lang for spare parts/labor ni supplier for repair or ibabalik lang sa iyo yung unit.

I see, iniisip ko nga rin ganun e na papabayarin yung parts at labor at baka abutin pa ng libo. Tanong ulit, paano ko malalaman kung pababayarin ako sa repair/labor, magtetext ba sila or email sakin from service center at magsasabi ba muna sila na may babayaran bago nila ayusin? Thanks!

Wala pa akong experience na magpaRMA for repair so hindi ko sure hehe.
Mas mabuting itanong mo nalang sa retailer kung pwede padaanin sa kanila yung repair and ano procedures. Kung gusto mo mas mabilis na feedback sa service center na ni Asus mo iderecho.

Good afternoon san po distro ng msi dito sa pinas I just bought a gtx 1060 gaming x 2nd hand and it was originally bought last 2017.
Q1: may distro warranty pa po ba to?
Q2: if yes saan?
Q3: gaano po kabilis ang pa rma dito

nabili ko lang 2nd hand.. with receipt at box naman.. nag check ako sa asus.. under warranty pa naman til 2020.. thanks

mga sir sakop ba ng lg service warranty yung panel bigla kasing pink horizontal line sa monitor wala namang physical damage or whatsoever bigla na lang nag karoon ng dalawang thin pink lines eh

Matanong ko lang po mga users ng MSI brand specially motherboard. Joke po ba yung warranty ng msi sa motherboard nila? Accidentally i bend my motherboard pin while cleaning. Motherboard is still under warranty since April this year ko lang naman nabili. Sabi nung store na pinagbilhan ko void na daw warranty kasi physical damage. Ok fine ako dun. Pero kahit magbayad ako sa repair hindi parin daw magagawa ng MSI samantalang sa Gigabyte bend or broken pins pa yan basta under warranty gagawin nila motherboard mo pag under warranty "FREE" pag lampas na warranty charge ka nila pero okay parin kasi nagagawa. Itong MSI kahit mag bayad for repair hindi kaya?
Help po mga sir pwedeng gawin dito sa MSI motheboard ko mga sir. Thanks po
Yung gigabyte ko na x399 pinaRMA ko kasi umangat yung CPU socket gawa pag install noctua, di na madetect yung ram slot sa right side ng board. Ayun pinalitan CPU socket based sa RMA paper at gumagana na ulit ngayon. Pinadala ko sa ubertech via lbc binalik din via lbc kaya kudos to gigabyte.
Pangit pala MSI thanks sa feedback.

Product: AORUS GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition 11G
Issue: 2years na tumatakbo, may mga gunks nang nabuo sa block at kailangan buksan. Hindi ko pwede buksan dahil
1. mavvoid ang warranty.
2. Mukhang proprietary yung screws na ginamit. Ginamit ko na halos lahat ng pwedeng hex screwdriver ko pati galling sa toolbox ng tatay ko walang nagkakasya.
3. Yung aluminum cover masisira.
Submitted a ticket sa Gigabyte eSupport and they advised to raise for a vendor RMA just to clean ng WB. All they have to do is to ship the item to Gigabyte HQ.
Service Center: Ubertech/Techsquad Ph
Instructed to CLEAN ONLY the WATERBLOCKs. Waited for 1 week, nagtext na si vendor. Visited their center and found out they cleaned the PCB instead, NOT THE WATERBLOCK. Pointed out that the Waterblock is the one needed maintenance. Iniwan ko ulit yung item sa kanila.
Waited another 2 WEEKS. ngayon lang nagtext sa kin yung service center. Hindi raw pwede ipaRMA yung unit. Suggest nila is
DiY cleaning na lang daw, which is hindi nga pwede. Pinakita ko yung email galling gigabyte eSupport sa kanila. Still waiting for their response.
To summarize, almost 1 MONTH nasa kanila yung item, walang nangyayari.
Just warning to you guys. Not recommended ang service nila Ubertech/Techsquad/PC Trends. Kung hindi lang nasa warranty yung item ko, nilinis ko na sarili ko yung WB.
Also for watercooling guys, I highly recommend avoiding GPU with preinstalled waterblocks. Tulad ng case ko, hindi mo alam proprietary pala yung mga screws at installation nung GPU waterblocks, sakit na sa ulo mararanasan mo pag magmmaintenance ka.

3 years pero may mga bagong labas na Aorus model na 4 years warranty na. Ni-register ko sa site and 4 years indicated doon. Not sure kung i-honor ng PCT. Pero the non-Aorus models are 3 years pa rin ata.

good eve mga boss, pede kaya ipawarranty or pede kayang serve as defective yung gpu which is xfx rx 5700 xt 8gb blower type, ang nangyayari dito nadedetect naman po yung videocard yun nga lang wala siyang temperature nakailang reinstall na nang driver at install nang software pangdetect nang temperature nang gpu pero walang nadedetect.

Updating my RMA process with PCT/Techsquad. Actually sir nakuha ko na sa kanila yung GPU ko, cleaned as requested. Yung directive kasi sa kanila from supplier, anything watercooling related, DiY na. Which contradicts from what Gigabyte suggests. Nakafrustrate lang dahil kung hindi ko mabubuksan yung waterblock nun, hindi ko na sya magagamit. It'll just be a 50k paperweight.
But upon hearing the side from Techsquad, ipit nga din sila dahil kay Gigabyte supplier lang din sila kumukuha ng instructions and it was rude on my part for demonizing them without hearing their side. Nawindang din siguro sila in the first place dahil concisely exotic yung pinaayos ko sa kanila. Kung normal na PC parts yung ippaayos nyo sa kanila, siguro magiging smooth yung RMA process nyo.
Still, for those into watercooling, avoid buying those with preinstalled waterblocks, whether it's motherboard, SSD or GPU.
You'll never know kung non-standard yung ginamit na screws and tools if time for maintenance na yung loop nyo. Advisable pa din yung third party waterblocks dahil alam mong may instruction manual syang ibibigay, as well as standard na yung threads and screws na provided nila.

Apparently sinubukan ko ipa ship through DHL. kahit defective product gusto nila may certificate sa Optical Media Board? sabi ko wala nang data yan defective na po.

mukang need talaga yan, kung ram pede pa pero SSD at HDD ganyan. Nung time na bibili ako sa SSD sa ibang bansa yan nalaman ko kaya nakakatamad na din bumili ng storage devices lalo na pag RMA. Example Seagate singapore papunta dito need din nyan.
