  Your 2hp aircon is rated for around 1,600w. On the other hand, a 20A breaker is rated for 4,600w at 230v. Sobra sobra yan imho. A 15A breaker is better suited since it is rated for 3,450w at 230v. That way ay mas maaga mag-trip yung breaker in the event of an overload. Sa 20A kasi eh sunog na yung aircon mo, hindi pa nagti-trip yung breaker mo dahil sa taas ng capacity nya.
  
  Kung conventional yan, matic na 30A agad ang breaker na ilalagay to accommodate yung surge current ng unit. But since inverter yan, get the 15A breaker. For more information, visit page 01 of the DC Inverter Aircon thread.

  Aww hindi sinabi ni Mark from Ray and J na kailangan palitan ang breaker - nagpalit kami from conventional to inverter unit ... tsk tsk

  thank you Sir Godai_Yusaku. ayaw pumayag noong installer na 15A :( 30A pa nga gusto, pero sabi ko short na ako sa budget... yun na lumang Koten 20A ang gamitin namin. Ayun, kinabit niya 20A. pero pinalitan ko din ng 15A pagkaalis nila :D
  
  question pala sa copper tubes... hindi ba pwedeng mas maigsi sa 10ft? ni-loop kse yong labis.

  Sa site kasi ng LG PH, 25A ang recommended circuit breaker ng 2hp na ST inverter. So malamang yun ang sinusunod nya. But in reality ay hindi na yun applicable sa mga inverter units. Tama yan 15A na kinabit mo sa NEMA box. Then sa mismong panel board puedeng 20A para may progression ka.

  Maybe inisip nila na wag na palitan para makatipid ka pa ng kaunti. But for your safety, you should endeavor to replace it with the correct rated breaker for your aircon.

  No, hindi puede. May minimum length ng copper tubes na required to hold the required amount of refrigerant and oil at a certain pressure.

  Hitachi compact window type
  Problem po is shutting down after few minutes of turning on.
  Last cleaning 10months ago.
  Ano po possible na sira.

  tumagal naman ng 14yrs yung isa namin 13cu ft panasonic inverter bottom freezer without AVR. just recently, 2 x 14cu ft na panasonic bottom freezers na gamit dito sa bahay, hindi pa rin ako gumagamit ng AVR.

  Yung bibilan ko kasi, may add on na offer for avr, pero mejo namamahalan ako @4k, pandagdag na sana sa bigger size ref
  
  Anyway, for safety precaution na rin yung sakin. Mejo suburb kasi yung area ko, minsan konting hangin lang nagfi-flicker na kuryente. Hehe

  ^kung nag flicker ang mga ilaw mo every time na humahangin? ipa-check mo na rin sa electrician ang entrada/dropwire service line mo bro, baka corroded or loose na yung crimp nya. nagkaganyan na yun dropwire namin dito sa bahay.

  joke lang actually sir yung konting hangin, pero pag may bagyo kahit signal 1, given na walang sablay may brownout samin
  
  napatingin ko na sir to sa electrician, maayos naman electricals namin
  pero mejo marami kasing puno sa subdivision, and may iba tumatama na sa wirings, madalas hindi name-maintain
  hindi kasi proactive yung admin samin, maghihintay pa muna may mangyari before umaksyon. pag may naputol na wire na, saka pa lang papatabasan yung mga puno

  Call in service na syempre. Daming puedeng sira nyan but ang tanong eh may error code ba na lumalabas? If wala, then itawag mo na yan para ma-check. For sure lilinisin muna nila yan bago nila ma-diagnose ng maayos though.

  Best to have those trees trimmed. Trees and uninsulated electric wires are a bad combination as this often results in a line-to-ground fault. Hence, the power utility will shut off the supply until they think it is safe to turn it back on. That AVR will indeed be a good investment especially since inverter refs are know for being prone to power spikes and flickers.

  Ref Panasonic - may naka encounter na ba dito na yung hindi lang freezer ang nagyeye yelo, pati yung baba ng freezer nag yelo na rin ang hirap tanggalin hindi automatic defrost yung ref, pero inverter siya....thanks sa sasagot.

  normal ba 3 years lang sira na compressor ng lg ref namen. within warranty pa naman kaso 7.5k ang labor pag ginawa. worth 21k yung ref nung nabili

  yun nga eh. parang binayaran din yung compressor. pupullout daw yung unit. ganon ba talaga home service nila di naman gagawin sa bahay namen.

  ^by pulling out the unit from your home to replace the compressor, just to make it looks like more complicated to do the job. hence for them to charge you more(?)
  ewan ko lang kung anong meron gagawin dyan na hindi kayang/pwedeng gawin sa bahay. pambihira naman talaga.

  just bought fujidenzo side by side ref. arrived yesterday. rest for 5 hours then saksak. laman lang until now sa freezer is ice tray then sa ref is isang pitsel ng tubig. naka 24 hours na pero walang formation ng ice sa freezer. malamig lang yung ice tray. reported na sa pinag bilhan ko. check daw bukas. common sakit ata to ng side by side nila. model isr-20ss. :( until now monitoring pa rin ako.

  Replacement of thermodisc and defrost timer. Magkano kaya aabutin? Quote sakin 6.5k. Fair na ba?
