    @artie

    1. 210
    2. 140
    3. 450
    4. 550
    5. 650
    6. Analok Type 240

yung #2 okay sana kaso, disappointed kami sa showroom, accomodation, kapal at workmanship.
yung #345 commercial type medyo makukulit laki ng mark up.
dun ako sa 2. medyo okay okay kasi ang marketing at 10 years warranty pa ta yun. u&k.

sana okay pag deliver next week.
  • @euan

  • @euan
nakita niyo yung kenneth and mock na upvc windows? grabe pala yung prices, sabi kasi maganda raw talaga yung craftmanship.
  • hindi sir eh.

what im looking for is cost over performance ratio. pero leaning more towards cost.

goodluck sir sa installation. to both of us he he he.
  • May advantage ba mag paUPVC vs gypsum board ceiling sa garage bukod sa aesthetics? Additional 20k kasi for 38sqm area.

I post ko next year yung finished product.

to answer the question. by far id go to pvc or upvc ceiling over non. basta makunat ang materyales hindi kinakalawang at anay; id settle for it.

iwas ako sa kahoy as much as possible po.

ako naman baliktad, im in the danger zone to halt the operations dahil nauna yung mga appliances at mwebles :))
  • Thanks euen_ilagan and frequenzy.

ako naman baliktad, im in the danger zone to halt the operations dahil nauna yung mga appliances at mwebles :))

Bawal ba yun under existing laws/building code? What if pinayagan mo?
  • I am under the impression na kung yung wall mo, nasa loob ng property line (as opposed sa nasa gitna ng line), hindi pwede yung kinabit na bubong, unless may approval from owner ng nasa left

Dapat nagtayo sila muna ng sarili nilang wall tapos dun nila kinabit yung bubong

Anyway, let's wait for other inputs
Don't know any laws or rules pertaining to that, except that private property yung wall (kung nasa loob ng property line) and the owner na katabi doesn't have rights to do alterations on it

if the wall is within your property line, fire wall or a fence wall, bawal lumagpas o papatungan o gagawin din nila na wall yun ng house nila or a make shift shanty or any for their use...

    may iba ba kayong mare-recommend?

    TIA!
  • @artie

ok lang yan ,meron din akong nabili na panasonic shower heater last year ,gumagana pa naman hanggang ngayun, kung meron kapang makikitang national na water heater mas ok yun,i have a national water heater and its more than 20 years old buhay pa din
  • ^
    Thanks sir

Ganda nga yun, national yung brand ng ref na nabili ko for my parents 15 years ago ata. Buhay pa hanggang ngayon
  • Ooops, mali pala ako

Did some quick search, National pala is Panasonic din talaga
  • anu ginamit niyo na countertop? balak kasi namin talaga is white. ang dami pa lang choices, meron granite, synthetic granite, quartz at solid surface. pinakmura na nakita ko is yung solid surface nasa 3.9k per sqm, yung granite nasa 5k per sqm. kaso di ko lang alam kung matibay yun solid surface,
  • We used granite (code Jet Black). I am sure imported China granite yung ginamit ng contractor namin dahil yun ata pinakamura. Mamaya ko palang babalikan if okay ang installation.
  • ^Granite na china nagfade daw. Maganda yung made in italy.

  • @frequenzy...

matibay yan solid surface, good alternative to granite, masmagaan pa...
  • Good day!

Need your inputs on painting a wall interior.
    Below is the current situation.
-Townhouse newly constructed, almost a year na.
-Bare wall finished (cemented), uneven surface.

What is the step by step procedures and,
Kindly list down and explain the materials needed.

    Thanks sir @SnakeEyes416140.
Will check some youtube videos po.
  • I've backread previous posts on this thread.
Maybe below is also what im going to do. But my concern is the uneven wall surface which is surely noticeable once painted. Question is, prior putting the neutraliser what would be the best to apply to uneven surface? Masilya, Skimcoat or Patching Compound ?

    -last top coat

  • @blank_account...

im not that particular or expert pero Skimcoat is more appropriate to apply as finishing to even out the wall surface...
  • @Frequency.

Sir. I have had some experience sa mga kitchen countertops. Particularly jet black slab granite. All i can say is 'expensive'

Now. I hope i have had chosen the most cost effective choice among the variants.

China Natural Granite 80x80cm costed @ ~700php per sqm.
Makapal sya.

Il use the extra 20cm as skirting.
Island table dalawang 80x80 na pinagdikit.

January na ako mag install po.

  • @Blank Account.

There are many procedures and styles at types sa youtube.

    1. Neutralizer
    2. Sand 100grit
    3. Cement putty davies (ayaw nya patching. May 3 sacks akong binili ha ha)
    4. Sand ulit
    5. Primer & Sealer white instead of flat latex.
    6. Choice top coat i dunno how many coats pa.

Mas nalito ako dito dahil mas maraming alternates and brand. Eto ang bagsak ko after substantial amount of time researching and interviewing.

    1. All deck slabs are mixed with savanah waterproofing compound alternative brand ng sahara

    2. Deck slab is tiled and angled towards downspout floor drain.

    3. Deck slab and parapet wall; junction is painted (vertical 6" and horizontal 10inches). Buong perimeter ito.

3.5 off all brands. Ive chosen davies mortaflex. Hybrid sya ng cementitous and membrane type. Parang nagiging rubber yung pintura. 2 coats is recommended. 800 sa wilcon per gallon. Sa suking hardware ko 700 lang.

Then elastomeric paint choice color.

  • Light Sabers installed at deck. Time spent in planning researching canvassing experimenting failing the trial and errors came into fruition. Sana Lord mag tuloy tuloy.
