Kung may leave without pay ka, undertime, tardiness ibabawas nila yan sa computation ng 13th month pay.
Di dapat mabawasan ang 13th month pay kung ang filed leave ay with pay.
Yung ibang employer/company may cutoff ang computation ng 13th month kaya minsan maliit ang actual.

We had dinner sa isang resto and napansin ko paguwe ko na lang na iba yung price na chinarge nila, kesa sa nasa menu nila.
And sa resibo ay may additional VAT pa bukod sa difference ng price.
Nagmamadali na kasi ako kaya di ko napansin, I am with someone and medyo naexcite sa next na activity (IYKWIM).
Pwede ba ko magreklamo? I am really sure na magkaiba talaga yung prices. Sa pagkakaalala ko eh dapat incuded na sa menu price ang VAT, at hindi hidden.

Legally speaking? I don't think there are any "legal" privileges in a romantic relationship (I figure this is what you're referring to) because there is no legal force in effect in this kind of relationship. In other words it's just a mutual agreement between two parties, e.g. to see each other exclusively. So if one party cheats then it isn't a crime. Now, if you're married then that's a completely different matter because marriage is a legal contract between two people and there are laws governing it.

Nagrequest kami to refund na lang kasi naibenta na din yung old house namin, then hanap na lang sana mabibiling house na built na. Kaso ayaw ng developer to refund, mafforfeit daw yung equity namin. -
First of all, hindi ako lawyer pero I think so. First of all, ang pandemic ay matatawag na "force majeure" (in legal context: unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract) dahil wala naman sa control ng developer ang pandemic. Second, yung delay ng 3 months is reasonable. Kung i-factor mo yung tagal ng ECQ/quarantine periods kung saan walang manpower to do ang construction then I think 3 months is highly reasonable. Kahit ilapit niyo pa sa abogado yan mukang talo dahil hindi mo masasabing breach of contract. Ngayon kung ang delay ay isang taon, eh ibang usapan yan.
Second, I think ginagawa niyo lang ang pandemic at slightly delayed turnover para gawing excuse ang change of mind niyo. Para sa akin mali yun, kasi nag-commit kayo sa pagbili ng preselling house. Siyempre you have to honor your commitments unless meron very good reason not to do so. Opinyon ko lang naman yan.

Considering the historic impact of this pandemic, matuwa ka na dapat na ang delay mo lang is from Dec to Mar. 3 buwan lang yan, inip na inip ka na? Consider na halos mag iisang taon nang tumatakbo ang pandemyang ito. Anyway, wala ka naman lusot dahil hindi ka pinayagan, unless mag forfeit ka. Count your blessings na lang at 3 months lang ang delay ng turn over mo. Kapag hindi natupad ang Marso, tsaka ka magreklamo.

Anong project at sinong developer yan boss? Pa pm naman. Sauli dapat ni developer pero mo since they failed to deliver on their promised date of turnover. With interest pa nga dapat eh. Di ko lang marecall exactly if under PD 957(Art. IV section 23 <click here for link>) or under Maceda law(RA 6552) ang nag-cover nito. Negotiate ka na lang boss with the developer kung paano kayo magkasundo. Sayang naman kasi kung bibitawan mo yan. Pretty sure nag-appreciate na yan.

Hindi ako lawyer pero may advise ako sa yo. Dont get recommendations from strangers, especially when it comes to legal matters. Kung wala ka talagang kakilala na makukunan ng recommendation, do the research yourself. If hindi ka qualified sa PAO, may mga NGOs na pwede ka puntahan pero depende sa nature ng kaso mo. Examples are the Free legal assistance group, saligan (where leni robredo used to volunteer), etc. Hanap ka ng NGO na ang advocacy ay kapareho sa nature ng kaso mo. Kung di ka man nila tanggapin, malamang matuturo ka nila sa tamang direction.

Check your contract sir to make sure na may violation ang company about benefits. Sa redundancy naman mahirap sagutin kasi we do not know the facts. You can always file a case pero make sure na malinis ang allegations at hindi ka pumirma ng release and quitclaim kasi magagamit iyan sa iyo lalo na kung may peso value ang damages. They can also file a civil or criminal case against you kapag mahusay ang lawyer at may nakitang opening.
