1. Hmm.. mag sesearch ako. Naun ko palang narinig ang air fryer :) hihi. sorry nub here
2. Hmmm... ibig mu bang sabihin ung mga low iodized . less salt or soy sauce recipe? uhmm.. try mu ung Banana Que, Biko (sugar rice), Ginataang gulays, atbp matatamis na foods :)
1. Anong Airfyer po marecommend nyo na maganda? I'm eyeing on Midea brand na 5k+.budget is 4-6k cguro if may marecommend pa kayo iba.
any suggested tested brand/model na gamit nyo gas range oven with griller..
eyeing on this brand Fabriano gas range..
midrange price na mukhang good quality.
electronic igniter with safety features..
^bumili kami dati tecnogas yun 3 gas burners + 1 electric burner, saka electric and gas oven.
cook meat
fry garlic, onions
add water
1/2 pork buillon cube
soy sauce
a little sugar
pag luto na, place chopped meat on top
wait a few min and add beaten egg on top
Cook brown rice. Place in ice tray, add a splash of water para mag hold together and freeze. While cooking the above ilabas ang ice tray para ma defrost ng kaunti. Once nilagyan mo na ng water, flow water from the faucet under the ice tray para ma dislodge ang rice cubes. Then place rice cubes in the water + onion broth
@Phoenix madali lang naman gumawa...all purpose flour, cornstarch, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder... Pag ready mix may nakita ako alternative sa crispy fry kaso nalimutan ko name hehehe
Who here tracks their calorie intake (particularly on a calorie deficit) and preps their own meal. Im looking for meals na below 250 calories eh since Im targeting 1000 calorie per day including snacks. May mga recipes online pero mostly are foreign-based meals.
Sa tingin ko hindi nakapag "lagay" ung reno company for renewal or some sort.
but here's a discovery I made. super simple the usual spaghetti recipe
water in a pot
turn on stove
add salt
break spaghetti in half and drop into water
pour in some frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn), pangdagdag ng nutrients
once 1/4 cooked, turn stove off and let sit for several min. Para tipid sa kuryente
while still al dente, pour off the water, leaving a few tablespoons of water
pour in the canned/in pouch spaghetti sauce
low heat on stove
heat until boiling, stirring a lot
optional : grated cheese
Its ok, nothing spectacular. Less fuss. Only one pot to wash.
Everything is dry/frozen/canned so matagal bago masira
But I tried this. While waiting for it to boil one day I was transferring some uncooked brown rice to a container. Some spilled, 2tsp or so. I washed it and not wanting it to go to waste I threw it in with the spaghetti
The cooked spaghetti went into a plastic container and into the fridge to be eaten next day.
After microwaving, the spaghetti was as expected very soft. But the brown rice was only half cooked so it retained its chewy consistency. It gave a nice texture variation
I want to share my favorite hot coffee recipe with you!
In a cup take 1.5 teaspoons of instant coffee. Also, add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar or add as per taste.
Add 3 tablespoons of hot boiling water. You can heat water in an electric kettle or in a small pan. ¼ cup of water can also be added.
First, mix the coffee and sugar with water.
Then begin to stir briskly and beat coffee for 3 to 4 minutes. You can take a break after 1 to 2 minutes and then continue if your hands start aching.
Beat the coffee till its color lightens and you see a frothy layer on top.
Then take 1 cup of milk in a small but heavy saucepan and on a medium to medium-high flame boil it.
Let the milk come to a boil.
Now pour the milk in a glass jar or a thermos flask.
Do not use any plastic bottle or jar. You can use a steel bottle also. A glass jar with a handle helps while shaking as the milk is hot. 10. There should be a good layer of frothy foam on the milk.
Here’s the coffee brew in the cup still with foam on top
Pour the foamy milk in the cup.
After adding ? or ½ of the milk to the coffee, stir with a spoon. You can even move the cup so that the milk get mixed with the coffee.
Pour remaining milk.
Add the frothy layer also.
16.Serve the frothy cafe-style hot coffee straightway.
You can even sprinkle some cinnamon powder or cocoa powder on top. Enjoy this homemade cafe-style hot <click here for link>.
Just a bit of a background lang, meron kaming maliit na basic oven toaster na nagamit na namin few times for banana cake, brownies, etc. I'm originally planning to buy a bigger oven para mas madali and mas ok yung luto but unfortunately nasira yung microwave namin kahapon and since mas useful yung microwave sa amin, yun na lang sana uunahin ko.
Question is, may microwave ba na capable of baking simple food like mentioned above? I saw that some microwave has grill function but according to what I read, it cannot be used for baking as it doesn't have fan that can circulate the heat inside but we've been using an oven toaster which also doesn't have a fan inside for cooking banana cakes and etc. haha I'm super confused. Should I just buy a basic microwave? I'm thinking if those extra features will be worth the money.
if you need something to also use to grill or bake you can also check out either a convection oven or the popular air fryer. I have both and they can do those things and also reheat food ( tho not as fast as a microwave ) i think its better to just buy a basic microwave then get a separate oven for baking imo.
for me not really. you can get an oven that heats up top and bottom which is sufficient enough to bake or roast dishes. If you really need a convection feature and you plan on cooking smaller batches you can just buy it separately which might come out cheaper.
