Hindi pa din kasi inuupdate ng ups na natanggap na nila eh friday ko pa pinadala. I'm worried baka di pa nila nakukuha. Nilagay ko yung Christine as contact person eh baka wala na siya dun? Sa LBC tracking kasi lagi nakalagay lang out for delivery for 3 days na :( may nangyari na bang ganito? :(

Hello to all, ask ko lang po sana yung seagate HDD na 8TB and 6TB Desktop HDD po ba ay ok lang din gamitin for ordinary file storage + streaming like movies and songs? Last time kasi ako bumili ng HDD 3TB pa and gusto ko na mag upgrade. Actually buhay pa yung Zacate Board ko with 1x500gb hdd "OS" and 2x3TB hdd "collections". Plan ko sana mag upgrade na ulit. Meron kasing 8TB Archive ang seagate pero not sure kung pwede yun before pero meron din bagong lumabas na 8TB:

24/7 download and DLNA purpose po sana. TIA. -

may 4TB po ako, kaso sa bios ang nakikita ko lang is 2TB pero pagdating sa windows yung buong 4TB nakikita ko... na try ko na din sa ibang board pero same pa din...
ipa-warranty ko pa ren? kse natatakot ako baka pag nag umpisa na akong mag save sa 2TB pataas baka dun magkaproblema...

Seems to me the problem is with the bios or uefi of those boards.

Hmm if that's the case and it showed as 4TB sa BIOS/UEFI of those boards baka may problem nga sa drive.
What changed since then?
Since you're going RMA it anyway I assume you already backed up the files in that drive.
Try to reformat to NTFS with GPT partition then check with seatools. -

originally po it showed as 3900 GB on bios po..then suddenly naging 1800 na lang :( pero pag sa windows 7 4TB sya... nde ko alam if sa data cable or sa bios settings e.. 2 boards na ganun pa din.
natatakot ako maglagay ng data kse baka magka problema pag nag over 2TB na... pero nung unang kabit ko sa board dati detected siya as 4TB... i dont know what happened :(

mga sir patulong po bumalik na ung HD ko kahapon kaso nka lagay recertified product nka lagay tapos nun try ko install OS ayaw nag hhang lang sya at may clicking sound nun pag tingin ko sa distro ne2 nka lagay expired na dapat april 2017,, pde pa kya maibalik ito?

yes po pwede ibalik, check mo sa site and gawa ka new rma web form
if in case na "unknown" pa ang lalabas, punta ka sa contact us nila (maybe need to register sa site nila)
then gawa ka ng ticket or report
sabihin mo yung sitwasyon
its possible magask sila ng actual photo or scanned nung hdd na clear kuha sa details (serial, part #/model # etc)
then follow their instructions once magreply sila, pwede mo na iready today kaso much better isend yung ticket/report/email sa lunes after lunch kasi weekend ngayon, di sila nagrereply ng weekend -

hi, good morning. ask ko lang kung pwede ba icancel yung request for RMA? kasi akala ko sira yung external hard drive ko. pero kahapon after ko cya i-full format, naging ok na ulit cya. dati kasi may mga nawawalang files at hindi ako makapag copy to any pc's/laptop to my external HDD.

check mo muna sa mga 3rd party software, if ok ba talaga o hindi
dont worry, kahit hindi mo yun ipush through, walang magiging epekto yun sa warranty details -
