eneloop rechargable batteries

  • I think mas ok yung 1st powerex in terms of features.

  • how about newstar smart chargers are they any good
  • ^ I don\'t trust any newstar product. The brand has extremely low quality that even generics even outlive them.
  • eto currently ko gamit yung package.kasama ng Eneloop battery, smart charger.na ba to or dumb charger

how to tell smart from dumb

    Powerex C9000

which is wala si La Crosse

medyo complicated lang gamitin is Powerex

    paggagamitan ko
mostly battery for my Kid\'s Toys
    Blood Pressure for my Dad
Electrip Breast Pump for my Wife

  • For easy usage, Lacrosse. It can revive dead batteries via paper clip method.
  • lacrosse.din ba gamit nyo sir SKIN

what I do to revive is to simply place them in an extra dumb charger I have for 10-20 min then ilipat sa smart charger
  • I use this one.. BM100 Intelligent Battery Charger.

  • @SOMER: P1,500 bro.

    Yes.

Ito pala ginagawa ko lagi nakalimutan ko. I use my Newstar dumb charger.

    Parang generic ng Lacrosse. Hehe.
  • @skin: Similar to La Crosse BC1000 actually pero hindi kasing-mahal. Hehe.
  • @dm1179

    Saan may BM100 charger?
  • @skin: OLX and TipidPC.
  • My LED flashlight requires only 1 AAA battery. I\'ve been using alkalines on it, but now I want to migrate to Eneloops.
I plan to buy 2 batteries and use them alternately.

    I have a few questions:
    1. Is it advisable? I\'m not sure if a LSD-NiMH is better than an alkaline for this application. What I do know is that the flashlight uses a circuit to increase the voltage in order to drive the LED, because 1.2-1.5 volts is definitely not enough.

    2. Which charger should I use? I already have a standard charger (Powerbase C-425 given by a friend), but its manual states that it can charge 2 or 4 batteries at a time--not useful in my case since I will only charge 1 cell at a time. Is there a charger for 1-2 cells only?
  • ^ni-mh will provide slightly lower light output. Eneloop smart charger and other smart chargers mostly are capable of 1-4 charging
  • ^The BM100 Intelligent Charger can charge 1 battery and you can also select the charging current (mA) that you want.

  • The BM100 looks nice, but it\'s over my budget.

Is there an Eneloop AAA + smart charger combo? The ones I see are AA + smart charger only. :<

walang kaso yan. Maybe a slightly lower light output but its not noticable. The circuitry can compensate

most chargers can charge both AA and AAA. Just buy the charger and AAA\'s separately
  • Is there an Eneloop AAA + smart charger combo? The ones I see are AA + smart charger only. :<

Yes, there are. But they are rarely spotted. If I were you I\'d just buy the AA set and buy separare AAA because AA has plenty of uses. Kahit sa wall clock pwede na yan.
  • So where can I buy an Eneloop AA+ 2 pairs (bali 4 pcs) in this current era of rechargeable lithium ion batteries? i really need it to have a stock for my wireless mouse.
I mean may mas maliwanag ba between the two, ano mas magandang battery type na gagamitin sa LED flashlight? thank you

eneloop pro / eneloop xx / those disposable 1.5v alkaline batteries (duracell, energizer, etc)

I mean may mas maliwanag ba between the two,

for nimh and alkaline probably no difference except higher capacity ang nimh and of course rechargeable sya so cheaper in the long run

between the 2 and li-ion/li-po rechargeables it depends on the design. You can place a small LED emitter with a huge li ion battery pack if you want it to last for days straight.

HOWEVER in general a single li-ion cell runs at higher voltage and can sustain higher amps. So a 14500 has the same size as a single AA but it runs at higher voltage. There are flashlights designed to use both a single AA or a single 14500 and the light is designed to be much brighter if you use 14500 li ion, but it lasts for a slightly shorter time since the brighter LED setting is not balanced by any meaningful increase in capacity per cell.

If you had 3 nimh AA cells versus a single 14500 then its possible that you could get the same light but the nimh would last longer and weigh more

in general 18650 flashlights are designed with more powerful LED emitters since they have access to high voltage, might as well use it. But its still possible to replace the emitter with a smaller one to increase runtime. It just doesnt happen often

i'm not an expert so you better read in this thread

    depende sa design ng flashlight.

    Depende sa Flashlight, Lumens lang

LED na Fenix, AceBeam Parehas lang ang out put kahit anong AA or AAA
