Unified Solar Panels and Controllers Thread (FAQs, DIY Help)

  • is there any rule para tumagal ang battery?

well as it applies to everything, simple just don't abuse the usage of your batts. general rule is don't over discharge and over charge.

  • How many solar panels do you want to use?

di ko na gets question mo sir?

    39"x77' inches solar panels

eto specs ng solar panel namin

we have installed 64 pcs of solar panel=20kilowatts

    4 waterproof inverters = 5kilowatts each

  • wait muna ako pag available na carbon nanotube, imagine maimprove nya solar energy conversion by 90%,ibig sabihin yung current na 320w possible maging 600W, with the same size, tama ba?

  • ^"Improve solar panels efficiency to 80%"

Salamat sa sasagot in advance.
  • @extreme
try mo mag pa quote dito, kasama na installation ng inverter and solar panels
    <click here for link>
diyan kami nagpakabit ng solar panels

  • @axelangel007 sa dumaguete city ako from visayas kaya siguro mahal ang quote saken dalawa na ung nilapitan ko siguro na ren sa logistics ng mga materials bagsakan na nga presyo ngayon ng solar materials kaya right time to have one. Ok thanks I will try to get in touch with them.

  • here's the contract between us and Meralco

  • @axelangel007 wow nice.

  • looking for a off-grid setup para sa isang kubo. lights, a 12v fan, usb charging, and probably a radio lang ang i power.

will a 100W panel suffice? hapon until the next morning lang naman gagamitin yung mga appliances
    what battery capacity to get?
baka may suppliers kayong mai-turo, preferably credit card. package na sana

Para malaman kung kaya ng 100W, need details like watts of your 12v fan and how long it will run per day (hrs).
  • paano malaman battery size?
    a. note: kung lead acid kailangan mo nang 2x the capacity of the battery
    ex. 500watt-hours : 12v x 41.667amps, or 12 volt battery with 50ah capacity
    ex. 12v 100ah
    b. kung lithium-ion or similar battery gagamitin, kahit same lang sa consumo.

paano malaman ang solar panel system size?

    summary:
load: 500watt-hours (600watt-hours due to loss)
    sun:4 hours
    panel: 150watts
    battery: 500watt-hours o 12v 100ah

  • Mukhang nasira yung Inverter namin for some reason (Zeversolar) and nagpapakita sya ng Error Code 3. After ng konteng research sabe lang is permanent fault daw yun and need replacement.
  • hi can anyone suggest a cheap and easy setup for ipcams..list of requirements and cost is very appreciated thankyou
  • @ParticleX San ba location mo?
  • Hi, I'm planning to use solar energy soon but I'm undecided as to which solar company to pick. I'm currently deciding between Solaric and Philergy. Any feedback on the two, especially Philergy? They boast all German made panels, inverts and cables at a premium price but does it really matter?
    Quotation from Philergy:
3.3 kWp 310k total (German solar panel Soluxtec Germany; Solar inverter- SMA Germany)
    Solaric
3 kWp 216k (awaiting info on materials used)
    5 kWp 340k
  • i have existing contract with HHO Trading

    3KW Grid Tie
REC solar panel (singapore/norway brand) 25 yrs warranty
SOLAX 5KW inverter (for future upgrade) 5 years warranty
    10years warranty for worksmanship

    147k CASH

  • I checked Solaric's website and their 5.04kWp Grid Tie costs around 365K, ideal for those households with monthly power bills over 20k/month. (Grid Tie: no batteries needed) You'll save around 8k per month plus you'll save from battery expenses too :D

    3.15 kWp Grid Tie = 231k
    1.57 kWp Grid Tie = 140k
    630 kWp Grid Tie = 60k

One thing to note is that all BMS are hard-preset. There's no way to change Parameters. Know the right settings for your Lifepo4 before changing Parameters and continue monitoring.
  • on average, ilang kWh ang mahaharvest ng isang grid tie 5kw setup per month?
