  • Hello, anybody know kung what company po ang distributor ng AMD Processors? i tried Ubertech pero they dont respond to my emails and calls. Are there other Distributors of AMD products aside from Ubertech?

Sabi ng pinagbilhan ko eto daw pong High Point services ang tawagan ko daw po yan daw Service center pero wala naman nasagot kahit sa FB page. Pwede kaya sa ubertech to?

    my Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super is barely a year old and maingay na yung isang fan , hassle naman pag pa RMA pa dahil lang sa
    fan , pwede sana makabili or may ibang option

  • Sino po dito may experience magpa-RMA sa DigiServ?

    Meron ako MSI GTX 1660 Ti na pina-RMA ko sa kanila, covered pa naman kaso wala na daw sila stock na pwede ipalit. Pwede raw ako pumili sa shop ng ibang model pero dapat same amount lang.

    Ang problem is yung 1660 Ti ko nabili ko ng 14k sa kanila, ang available na around same price is 1650 D6 na lang - medyo malayo na ang difference. May available naman sila na 1660 Super kaso 30k pa ang current price (so mag-add ako 16k??), fair lang po ba ito? Meron po ba kayong advice?
  • ^ Yes, it's fair. Those prices that they are offering to you are not based on the store just inflating the prices, internally, that's the price of the distributor and manufacturer.

    The distributor of MSI will credit DigiServe the cost if you choose not to wait for a replacement, but at the same amount DigiServ got it. So yes, sadly wala kang magagawa.

    We have clients who waited more than 3 months for a GPU replacement since they got it at a lower price.
  • ^ I am willing to wait naman kahit naman matagal, basta same product or similar performance.

    hindi ako familiar sa trade or consumer protection laws, etc - pero may assumption is kung warranty / RMA, they are required to provide a replacement for the product since they gave guarantee na no issues yung binili sa kanila within the warranty period, since meron naman available na same / similar product sa shelves nila, hindi ba required sila na yun ang ipalit?

    Yes, they will provide replacement naman, but it has to 1:1, same model to same model. Very few times, yes, upgrades do happen, pero usually when phased out na ang item while being under warranty, or the manufacturer themselves resign to the fact na matatagalan ang replacement outside acceptable leadtime. Pero, usually it's on the manufacturer side ang magdedecide nyan, rarely on the distributor side, and never sa retailer side, pero, as per manufacturer, SOP is same model to same model. I've worked with the manufacturer and distro side kasi, so I have knowledge naman how things work inside.

    Ang hirap lang, GPU's are one with the longest leadtime for RMA right now. Dami factors contributing for the delay kasi.

    need mo muna i contact ung pinag bilhan mo, hindi sila tumatangap ng warranty directly sa consumer, dapat yung dealer nila mismo mag papa RMA.
