@arlo08 and cheschanco I'm also looking for around the same size (40" to 50") and same budget (18k-22k). balitaan niyo kami ano ma research niyo na ok.

Very nice. Thanks sa info. Pag pala talaga normal use lang as TV OK naman pala. Mas mababa pa nga yung plan ko buy 40 inches lang max is 115W.

tsaka mas nakakatulog kame ng naka on tv.

Atleast all in one na sya, 4k Full HD movie player, pwede ring mag install ng games .

mga pamangkin ko nanonood lagi sa youtube and they like it on a bigger screen. kapatid ko at ako nanonood occasionally sa netflix kaya nagagamit yung smart features nya. just watched a couple of halo vignettes and netflix exclusives like yung bagong lemony snicket series. big convencience plus no need to download any stuff.
We could have chosen a cheaper 1080p TV with basic features, but with the price delta between basic and a smart one is not really that wide nung binili namin kinuha nalang namin yun higher model. Plus some future proofing na rin (4K, HDR10 and dolby vision, and possibly technicolor via a firmware update).

O may specific stuff pang test talaga? Thanks.

dala ka din ng fave movie mo kung pwede na nila i-test when shopping for a tv. kung accessible yung controls while testing turn off mo yung demo mode ng tv then hanapin mo dun sa preset colors yung gusto mo. nine times out of ten may mahahanap ka ng color preset na magugustuhan mo.
may mga sari saring test pics and movies na pwede download. hanap ka nalang which one suits your needs.
i also keep check on the color or white temperature ng tv, kung pwede ma-fine tune. kadalasan sa mga demo units naka-set lagi yung cool white (9300K yata yung value) kaya maganda ang kulay pero masakit sya sa mata in the long run. almost all new smart tv's have different levels of adjustment sa temp
preference ko is closer to warm white pero hindi pa mukhang yellow ang ilaw. so your preference may vary

WHAT?!? 3 units of SAMSUMG KS7500 in the same store may issue lahat ng dead pixels? that's a very isolated case, though... baka may problema sa handling/storage ng ABs***'s store na yan. or yan curve 4K TV na yan may probelmm yung batch manufacturing date..
saan branch ng ABs***'s, sir?
if you'll go with Sony 55" X850D, dagdag ka pa ng +10K nka 55" B6 OLED ka na =))

sir i have a devant 40UHV200, so far ok naman.
got it for 20k a few months ago dito sa province.
maganda sya as PC monitor, maganda picture quality especially yung smooth motion nya.
also yung cast screen to the tv, laggy yung video.

But I doubt those are available on retail. Or get a 4K PC monitor instead ;).
Cool white means more blue white light, which means more eyestrain

hi sir..
you won't go wrong with both brands, models and that specific sizes. I haven't heard/read that about B6. that's for HDR gaming issue, most probably. but on movies, it might me subjective:
- if downloaded movies (watched offline thru USB harddisk), best to get a 1080P or 4K with a high bitrate encoding. usually 1080p (8-18GB) while 4K (12-70GB).
- if movie streaming Netflix, Youtube, etc. best to have a high bandwidth (PLDT Fibr) with +20Mbps
for your personal observation, test these units yourself and bring your best action movie materials. dyan mo naman malalaman if you'll be satisfied with any one of them.
=))

Depende talaga sa needs mo oo di nga komportable gamitin yung remote sa browsing kaya yung ibang tv may optional accessory like lg magic remote sony touchpad remote sabi nga ni thakker kapag alam mo gamitin yung tv mo hindi kana babalik sa normal tv

Naisip ko din to pero may downside din kakain din ng kuryente yung box kapag off mo yung tv off mo din yung box 2 remote gagamitin mo to turn off tapos yung features ng box di mo mamaximixe di mo magagamit yung 4k feature dahil tv mo basic lang hindi 4k tapos dagdag cable sa likod

ang problema kasi dyan yung mid to high end models are all smart tv's na since that is the norm now. usually the basic tv's are the low end models na.
