Mayroon po ba kayong maire recommend na printer with ciss for home use dito?

  • Maraming salamat bro. It's been several years since we had talked.
  • tell me how it goes bro, been planning to buy that as well, kaso wala pako time magkalikot ng printer hehehe
  • Hello, planning to migrate sana sa Australia. Ano po requirements and steps?

    Thanks!
  • Hi Jeof

    Goodluck.
  • Guys how is life working in AU?

Malaki ba difference ng life dito compared doon? May culture shock ba? Do you miss your friends and family left behind? Do you miss Philippines?

  • My answer is YES sa lahat ng question mo, pero in a month or 2 makakapag-adjust ka din naman. Di ako nahirapan dahil galing ako sg, pero ang kaibahan ay di lang trabaho pinunta ko dito nagpunta ako oz para mag settle and to build my own family.

Friends? Malalaki na sila and may sarili naman silang buhay, oo nakaka-miss ang inuman sessions and get together pero kaya tayo nagmmigrate is for the sake of our own family.

Family? Parents ko mismo ang nagtulak sakin para mag-abroad, sinabi nila na para sa future ko din naman yan at career growth and meron naman technology so you can make skype calls frequently.

Do you miss Philippines? Oo, kasi wala jollibee dito. hehe

You can visit the site stated above, madami pa ibang testimonials dun coming from pinoys in AU
  • Guys how is life working in AU?

Malaki ba difference ng life dito compared doon?

compared sa Pinas? yes napakalaki, minsan wala ng challenge maeexperience mo ang first world problem na tinatawag hehehe

    May culture shock ba?

Do you miss your friends and family left behind?

my family is here, or kung wala pa, you build your family here, yung tisay kung gusto mo hehehe

    Do you miss Philippines?

yes, mas masaya sa pinas kasi syempre dun ka nasanay at andun mga friends mo, pero mas madali buhay dito, its up to you kung ano pipiliin mo, choose your poison.
  • compared sa Pinas? yes napakalaki, minsan wala ng challenge maeexperience mo ang first world problem na tinatawag hehehe

care to elaborate sir. no idea.

my family is here, or kung wala pa, you build your family here, yung tisay kung gusto mo hehehe

  • ^ from my observation, wala.

Unless you really know your way to chat up and engage ladies( caucasian type) then maybe you will have a chance to get them out on a first date.

Im not so sure but I think half bred aussies(asian) will likely go out with a pinoy dude because of cultural similarities and interests which is not always the case for the former.
  • care to elaborate sir. no idea.

  • Hello po, Im new on this forum Just want to ask, Since I'm already 29 and since hindi pasok sa Skilled immigrant yung natapos ko (im a business grad tapos finance and accounting experience ko) The only way ba na makapag immigrant or work ako sa AU or NZ is to go student visa tapos part time work ? are there any other options, also may age limit ba when it comes to being student?
  • @fordman, @ian923 at @why_icebreaker_band_so_long
  • @fliptop

  • gusto kong magpunta sa australia, may snow ba dyan?
  • good morning TPCer Australia.

Am planning to migrate to Australia and my first step is to get an IELTS.

    1. Kailangan pa ba ng show money for migration?
    2. Any recommended IELTS review center?
  • thanks mga sir, passed my acs this week. working on PTE, since ito pinaka feasible for superior. gano kayo katagal nagreview ng language exam?

pili ka ng ibang state if you have other choices.

    ito ayon sa news...

Sydney's median house price sits above $900,000, compared with $740,425 in Melbourne, $540,750 in Brisbane, $430,711 in Adelaide, $465,120 in Perth, $502,000 in Darwin, and $494,810 in Hobart, the latest CoreLogic data shows

opinion ko lang sir, do your own research to make better decision...
  • ^why_icebreaker_band_so_long
sir kapag sinwerte sa buong process magstart uli ako from scratch, 1st priority ko is to secure a job, i'm aiming kung saan ako makakasecure agad ng trabaho, i dont mind renting muna, kahit maliit lang. either melbourne or sydney yun lang alam ko kasi may IT market, secondary na siguro yun pagbili ng bahay once established na siguro or maybe after PR.

    +1
yung magdadrive sayo eh 1) kung sino magbigay ng visa kung state sponsored ka 2) san ka magkakatrabaho. pag nakapasok ka na eh saka ka na pumili ng state kung san mo talaga gusto. importante eh makapasok ka muna (PR if possible).
  • yup, for long term goal na ang pagbili ng bahay. for now mas importante muna makapasok ng AU then land a job and get your PR/citizenship tapos pwedeng pwede ka na mag decide which state you want to settle and buy a house. mas ok din to visit each state muna.
  • @fliptop

I have to disagree sa iba but this is just my opinion, no hard feelings and here are my reasons

    1. once nakahanap ka na ng work sa isang state, mahirapan ka ng makalipat ng ibang state, its like starting all over again pag lumipat ka, so better settle kung san talaga ang gusto mo
    2. saturated na rin ang IT sa Sydney at Melbourne, mas marami competition, mas mahirap makahanap ng work compared sa other state/cities, I have friends here na hindi makahanap ng work for a few months na, they moved to Darwin at yung isa sa Queensland at ang bilis nila makahanap ng work
    3. kung ang sahod mo sa Sydney at Melbourne ay makuha mo sa ibang state, mas mabilis ka makabili ng property sa state na yun dahil 100% sure mas mura ang property dun compared sa 2 state, maaring hindi mo priority property ngayon but it will come eventually
    4. other states have better incentives compared with the 2, example, working visa sa Queensland, free schooling sa mga anak, unlike the other 2, they are considered international students at napakamahal ng tuition

just my opinion mga sir, goodluck

  • @icebraker
Yes that is all true - sang state ka nga ulit bro?

I am in Adelaide, it is not as popular as Melbourne and Sydney but I ended up staying here. All my relatives (brother, sisters and aunt) are all in Sydney. Previously, I wanted to move in Sydney after 2 years due to visa condition.

However, after a year in Adelaide my employer asked me if there is anything that will make me stay.

Check this website - seek.com.au - that will give you the answer if there is a job opportunity or not.
