try mo boot sa safe mode. tapos saka ka install ng anti malware like malwarebytes. kung may extra pc ka, download mo using ibang pc.

[HELP]
No beep / CPU Fans Spinning / Changed Power Supply / Reseated all Parts
How to fix?

Remove RAM, see if it gives an error beep.
If it doesn't, try different RAM.
Have you tried removing the CMOS/RTC battery?

Yes. Also, check your motherboard manual if it has error beep codes.

Well, it could be that...
1. your board's BIOS doesn't have any beep codes,
2. the speaker is defective or disconnected
3. the board or CPU is toast.
:(

One more possible cause: corrupt BIOS.

if there are no beeps its possible that its either processor or mobo is defective. getting a BIOS related issue is highly unlikely to happen specially if you didnt even update it.

sounds like the usual click of death, if you have important files in there, send it to a professional data recovery service instead, else, just buy a new one, that drive is dead.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
MOBO: Asrock AB350 Pro (BIOS 4.50)
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7
VGA: Sapphire Radeon RX560
PSU: Seasonic S12II 520W
RAM: Adata XPG Dazzle 16GB 2400Mhz
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
OS: Windows 10
So I'm literally at the end of my rope with this build and I'm about to hang myself with the PSU cable out of frustration. This is my first AMD build and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong on my end, I need to tweak one setting that is buried in the BIOS somewhere or there's just something wrong with the motherboard itself. I've scoured the internet for some kind of solution and it's brought me here as a last resort for help.
unit is almost 3 months. at first everything seems to be running smoothly then all of a sudden my computer keeps crashing, random restart, random locks-up/freezing and the only way to get over with is to force shutdown the pc. worst thing is while i was in the middle of reinstalling windows 10(clean boot) computer will restart and i need to re do all over again, several occasion it freezes on me while I was inside BIOS. mouse/keyboard stop working. right now im running out of ideas to fix this issue
Troubleshooting step performed
-reseat all components (PSU cable/CPU/Heatsink/RAM)
-tried to update/re-flush BIOS (4.50)
-reformatted operating system (clean install every BIOS update)
-run CPU / RAM on stock (no overclocking)
-updated AMD firmware/updated graphic driver
-run memory test (passed)
-did memory dance
-have tried changing power supply (Aerocool Strike-X 500w)
-disable AMD cool & quiet / C6 power saving
-tried various power plans (AMD Ryzen power plan/balance/High Performance)
-checked thermal using AMD Ryzen/CPU-Z (Temp Normal)

don't just kill yourself yet sir. try booting with a bare minimum of peripherals first. maybe start with 1 memory module a keyboard and mouse. unhook all the others like speakers, etc. also it wouldn't hurt to check if your fans are still rotating, reseat the cpu heatsink to rule out overheating, clean the mems with a rubber eraser and reseat them. hth :)

If you can, try to borrow a PSU or HDD. Swap one of them into your build but not both simultaneously and repeat the process. Also try to replace CMOS battery. If the problem is still there then its time to RMA your board.
