    I'm disappointed with the service of PCHub edge. I recently bought a brand new Ryzen 7 1700x unit desktop there after 7 days the unit was freezing and shutting down. I brought it to their store 4 times and they were not able to fix it. I told them since I was not able to really use my computer and has cause me a great deal o stress because of the problem to just refund my money. the employees there Justin and Delson rudely answered me to complain in the DTI. Which further cause me a great deal of stress because I just want to use my computer instead they want me to just keep going back to the store. Which is unfair for me because I can't really use my computer. Belson and Justin very rudely told me it has a 1 year warranty to just keep it bringing it to their store which is unfair for me because if the unit is still broken after 1 year I can't really do anything plus the time and the transportation I'm wasting just to go there. Imagine going there 8 times a month for a year. I could say this is an unfair practice and I would report this to the DTI. Your store and people have caused me a great deal of stress and hassle. Your people has provoked me many times because of their rudeness.

    I've been a customer of you guys a long time I'm really disappointed.

    Share ko lang since busy din pag tumatawag ako sa landline niyo. Bumili ako tridentz 8gb sa into ram lang walang box ni Hindi mo alam if brand new nakuha Hays 4pm na kasi nun tapos bumili pa ako 4tb HDD na wd blue nung chineck ko Dom at distro niyo old stock Hays 2019 distro expected ko 2020 pero wala eh. Nakakadismaya. Halos lahat peripherals ko sa inyo ko binili from 1060 3gb gpu and ips monitor dito lang Yamaha ako nadismaya... :(

    may nakita ako sa buy and sell selling hdi trident z ram september 2017 lang niya binili kaya dun padin ako angtataka dun sa binili kong tridentz 8gb ram 2400mhz for 6500+ walang box ni hindi ko alam if sealed yun or yung gamit pang testing... and yung sa 4tb wd hdd old stock 2019 distro eh 2 years distro warranty dapat yun.... walang kwenta.

    So I was a customer of this shop once. I had a previous bad experience with them (GPU crashes when rendering, wasnt RMAd) so in return I gave them a negative feedback. Years later I had to build a PC for my brother. Before I was to pay for a whole rig, they told me I am blacklisted and will not sell me anything because I gave a negative feedback. I just laughed. This tells me alot about this store. Needless to say I went to other shops and got a better deal and now am enjoying a hassle free rig. This shop and its policy and system is ran by a group of kids lol. Oh also, they delete negative feedbacks just to trick people they are awesome ;)

    I've been a loyal customer for years and so far everything I bought from them had zero issues. They are also my go to recommendation to friends, co-workers, and colleagues looking for hardware parts.

    My problem with them however, is their super slow service and unprofessional personnel.

    For those not familiar with this store, their place was designed as standing only: meaning customers expect to get in > buy what they need > get out. Which means they have to process the orders as fast as they can.

    This morning, I went to their store to purchase various parts for a PC my colleague asked me to build. I had to wait [standing] for more than an hour and had to do multiple follow ups about my items from their personnel who are more interested in chatting with each other than serve their waiting clients. I had to talk directly to the releasing personnel just to get things moving.

    I am so disappointed, PCHub.

    I was looking for a Noctua L9i earlier today but its out of stock so I bought a Cryorig C7 Cu from them and went on with my day. When I was already driving heading in Balintawak heading to Bataan after an hour, I got a call saying that they need the C7 Cu back as it's not supposed to be for sale. I think they reserved it for someone, they needed it back.

    I had to drive back to give it back and settle for the C7 model. I've always liked and have bought things from PCHub as this is the go-to shop for PC parts but this is the worst experience I've gotten from any computer stores ever.

    PCHub Gilmore. Shame.

    Palitan nyo na Yung mga Tao nyo sa Fairview branch mga Bobo at walang pake sa customer. Tumawag ako at nagtanong Kung may stock ng monitor na bibilhin ko bago pumunta. meron pa daw 2pcs irereserve daw saken basta kukunin within the day pero nagtataka ko Kung bkit d kinuha pangalan ko. After an hour na byahe pag dating ko dun sold na daw at nagtuturuan pa Kung Sino daw nakausap ko eh dalawa lang Naman silang babae dun. Mga Wala talagang kwenta sayang lang effort at oras ko dahil sa mga bobong empleyado nyo.

    Called ur gilmore branch for availability of the item na bibilin ko.. luckily available daw at for pick up within that day only.. they gave the reservation number so i rushed to ur store.. ayun at ang magaling na staff nyo sasabihin lang na "sir wala po palang stock"!

    I rarely buy my pc needs in gilmore due to many negative feedback.. lesson learned for me..

    Sayang lang time and effort ko pati krudo.. sasabihin lang wala palang stock..

    I will never buy from this store again!!!!

    Never going back to this STORE!

    Here is my the Story:

    On this day i went to gilmore for some errands and since i was here i drop some of my items for warranty claims.

    Unexpectedly dito pa pala sa PCHUB(gilmore) ako mapapahiya. Where i always bought almost all of my computer parts since college days ko palang and also give my recommendations to my FRIENDS, CLIENTS and CUSTOMERS. Basta computer parts PCHUB.

    I definitely understand what was indicated in my receipt. 1 year STORE WARRANTY 3 years manufacturer warranty. Kahit 4years old maiintindihan ito. So Lampas na 1 year warranty sa Store nyo yung item ko so i called first LG and LG service center(servimax) where i can bring and claim the warranty of the unit(Monitor). They told me and insist to bring the item to PC HUB gilmore kasi dun ko binili.

    WAG NYONG ILAGAY DYAN SA RESIBO YANG 3 YEARS WARRANTY KUNO NYO KUNG NAGPAPATAWA LANG PALA KAYO!

    SINABI NA NGA NG LG at ng LG SERVICE CENTER dalhin sa inyo tapos kayo na ang mag-uusap at bahala sa item. Pumayag naman itong PCHUB na kunin yung unit but with 500 pesos SERVICE FEE! So pumayag narin ako.

    But wait there's more!! Before that they will check it first if pasok pa daw sa 3years warranty noong nag order sila nung item ko. At dito na ako talagang natawa. BWAHAHAHA! Pag balik nung tech ire-receive na daw nya yung item pero with TUMATAGINGTING na service fee na 1,000 PESOS na. BWAHAHAHA! Sabi ko bakit naging 1,000 na? Hindi makasagot ng maayos yung tech. Pero yung nasa receiving nya na receipt 500 pesos lang. Kaya in the end inuwi ko nalang yung MONITOR ko na and worth ng brandnew is 3,500 pesos lang. BWAHAHAHA!

    Mahiya naman kayo PCHUB. May advisory pa kayo dyan sa store nyo na ganito. "WALANG RESIBO, WALANG BAYAD" WALANG "BAYAD WALANG WARRANTY". BWAHAHAHA! Paki bago naman yan. Dapat ganito "KAHIT MAY RESIBO WALA PARING WARRANTY! BWAHAHAHA!

    Wag kayong magalala. Hindi nyo man maramdaman sa sales nyo babawiin ko naman sa lahat ng mga clients, customers and friends ko na never again buy anything from your store. GOOD LUCK and KEEP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Peace out!

    First time to be disappointed with this store.

    Just dropped by earlier to buy a monitor --- Asus VG278Q.

    We waited more than an hour only to be informed that they couldn't find the last stock they have. -_-

    Also tried buying a processor (Core i3 8100) but sadly they wouldn't sell me one unless I buy it along with a compatible board...

    BUT

    I already bought a motherboard (Asus Maximus XI hero) from them less than a month ago. And they told me I could buy a compatible processor from them I just have to show my receipt. Still got denied. They said I should've bought the cpu few days after getting the board. Unfortunately, I was short on budget that time..

    It sucks to travel to Gilmore and having to go home empty handed.

    How about some consideration next time, huh? -_-

    P.S. This is not to bash your very reputable store. Maybe you guys could use some criticism sometimes.

    Be faithful and take responsibility of your policies! And your employees are disgustingly rude. My friend was almost taken advantage of because your employee claimed that he voided the warranty just because of a small irrelevant "damage" just 1 day after purchasing something it from your store. I had to talk to your employee over the phone just to make sure your store stays faithful to your "7 days store replacement" policy, if i didn't, my friend that knows little about PC's would've gone home with his PC still broken. While i was explaining why it's should not be void your employee hung up on me! Improve your customer service and employees. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

    Prices posted for the store's items are incorrect.

    The reason that the company gave me when i pointed out the price discrepancy between the price posted in their TPC account and the actual prices (when i already inquired at their store) was that they no longer maintain or monitor their TPC account.

    If that's the case, then maybe they should just deactivate their TPC account, in order to avoid misleading the customers.

    bought a defective GTX 1660 TI noong July 17 (di mainstallan ng drivers), sinubukan ko papalitan noong July 23 sabi nung tech di lang daw updated ung windows 10 ko eh di update ako to latest windows 10 ver 1903, tapos dinala ko ung PC sa kanila july 30.

    mobo drivers naman ung pinupunto nung tech, eh nung sya naginstall ng drivers, di rin nya magawa. so ending pinalitan din nya ung card, pero may singil na 500 pesos!! 500 pesos for replacing the defective card and installing a GPU driver? really? kasalanan ko kasing toyo ung card eh dba? ayos! very inconvenient, taking advantage of customers pa.

    During this Coronavirus the entire Earth is experiencing, I went to Gilmore to some of the stores including to IT Plaza and going to PCHub last also to their Edge PCHub store in IT Plaza. After going to some stores I always go last to PC Options and PCHub because I have listed the components I need to assemble this December 2020 or next year depending if the parts that I am looking for is being sold.

    Now about my experience this coronavirus visting to PCHub's store, I payed them a visit several times starting from the month of August until first week of October this year. The problem is their young girl employees are very rude and does not know what they are selling. It is pandemic now and it is not easy just to talk other employees because they are assisting other employees and you need to fall in a long line outside with your mask and shield before you can get in. Some of their young girl employees cannot answer my question properly and they easily get irritated because I am not buying until I reached the point can you call other employees to answer my question, I am not expecting that this store have all of my listed parts that is why I am here to ask. For the employee not to answer you properly will ruin your day.

    I said I went to their store several times from August until first week of October, this is to update my list and myself together with the price this pandemic. Going to PCHub or Edge I do not understand WHY THIS GOD DAMN STORE NEEDS TO USE DIFFERENT NAMES FOR THEIR STORES both stores have equally rude employees. The negative feedback above, the other bad experiences of other customers here are true! A new potential customer, me, experiencing this now will never buy from PCHub.

    First visit, there was no mistreatment but second until my recent visit this October, every time I will ask just asking my second question they talk like they are irritated specially the girls! Because you can only have limited time inside you cannot stay long I cannot even talk to other employees. I did had the luck to talk to their boys because they know more about computers still they are not as rude as the girls but when they answer and they do not have the parts listed on my paper, their words is like telling you to go away because we will not earn money from you. Then the girls will tell me if they do not have what I want to go to PCHub this is if I am in Edge or if I am in PCHub they will tell me to go to Edge, you keep passing your customers! You will experience this if they do not have what you need. If they do not have what you want suddenly they will get rude to you and if you ask them if they can order it for you and you are willing to wait the more rude they will become.

    IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?!


    It is also hard to warranty from them according to other people PLUS THEIR STORE IS VERY SMALL!

    PCHub just be PCHub not Edge and if you can rent or buy the stores near your store DO IT! If those stores beside you runs out of business so you do not have to tell your customers to go to Edge or if you are at Edge go to PCHub because they are the ones who have the product.

    Never buy in this store AND PCHUB JUST REMAIN AS PCHUB AND MAKE YOUR STORE BIGGER! AND CHECK YOUR APPLICANTS BEFORE HIRING THEM. THEIR MAIN WORK IS TO BE SALES MEN AND SALES LADIES. THEY WILL BE FACING DIFFERENT PEOPLE SO THEY SHOULD NOT BE RUDE BUT ASSISTING YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY! GIVE THEM EXAMINATIONS SO THEY WILL STUDY THE PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING. SOME OF YOUR GIRL EMPLOYEES EVEN BOYS DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS WHEN BEING ASKED. THEY JUST DEPEND ON THE LIST.
