Dear fellow TPCers, please be warned. Ito nangyari nung nakipag-transact ako sa taong ito.

I bought his ipod nano 2nd gen gb last 16 Sept 2010, 630PM. He said item is in good condition. the unit is packaged without headset. So brought my own headset, a class A one.

Upon checking the unit, i asked him about the unbalanced sound of the headset, left earbud is not as loud as the right one. he said, it\'s just with the headset because he tested DAW the unit and was working fine with his headset. i got the item even with this observation. trusting his words because of his good rating here in TPC. To make sure, i requested for personal warranty. he said he\'ll give me a week warranty. So that gave me a peace of mind, somehow.

17 September 2010, i bought an original philips headset worth P400. and i was shocked that it still not working fine. I tried a high-end headset in our office, still same issue persists.

17 September 2010, 630PM upon my arrival home. i texted him. I sad that issue on headset is still unresolved. He replied after 30 mins saying that it\'s unfair that i\'ll request for refund for the unit. I texted back, to be fair, i will not ask for refund if he\'ll be able to show me that the ipod is working with the headset he\'s saying when i bought his item. I even said that i\'m willing to go to his place for his convenience. He texted that he\'ll text me tomorrow (18 Sept) afternoon to confirm our meet up again.

18 Sept 2010, 2PM, i text him again. he did not replied. Tried to call him, his phone is turned off. What does this mean?
