Boss pasenxa na pero hindi mu aqo ni replyan sa text ko about sa personal warranty n binigay mu sakin. you told me that you will giving me 1wk personal warranty i buy your item last jan 26, 2011. dumayo pa aqo ng alabang tpuz wala k png kuwentang kausap.
- first issue, sbi mu no warranty sa LCD, pero ung bnigay mung unit my hidden dead pixel n nkita namin mag asawa, small blue spot. ndi ko naman binasag ang LCD ng unit mu, pero ayw mu akong bigyan ng consideration, dahil cmula palang sau ung unit mu alam mu ng my small spot dead pixel na, pero ndi mu inamin skin ang to2o..ang cnabi mu na open ang unit mu for replacement ng buttons (ndi ko lng alam kung 22o un)
- second issue, ung flex ng home bar mu ung sounds nag au2tomatic mute, tinext kita pero ndi ka nag reply, mas mabuti png cnibi mu nlng skin n no warranty kung ndi mu lng din pla su2ndin ang personal warranty mu. sa lng mag karuon k ng isang salita.
walang kuwentang kausap itong tao na ito, kya mag ingat kau dito mga tpc member.

I\'d hate to give you a negative feedback however im quite unhappy with the PSP unit you sold me.
Before I start ranting, The reason why I took the unit is because we both came from the a distant place, Youre from the South (Las Piñas) while Im from the North (Monumento).
You should have posted more details such as
- Dent / Scratch Condition
- Button Conditions
It seems that you had been with TPC for 2years now and I believe that you SHOULD know how a professional seller posts items.
Below are the following disappointments I had with the unit you sold me from which was not mentioned on your post:
- The battery lock was already broken.
- The front face plate screw slot was already broken
- The square button was already dead (not working)
- The O-Ring is no longer in a good condition (about to fall)
I had to spend an additional Php1700 (Battery, MMC, Charger, Housing, & Pouch) aside from the Php3500 unit you sold me.
I should have just bought a more expensive unit that came with a MMC, Charger and Battery.
