1. We agreed on Monday for an amount and we were supposed to meet this Friday.
2. You sold the unit Tuesday.
3. You informed me Thursday that we will not meet anymore.
This is very unprofessional. You shouldn\'t have agreed to an amount and should\'ve made me wait for a certain period of time for my offer. I was expecting a smooth transaction and I prepared the money now this is what I get. For this you deserve a negative feedback.

Good day! As you posted a feedback to me, I'll do the same with some points to ponder on.
1. I never got any word from you at any point in time except from the first few exchanges from when you asked for updates (1st or 2nd ff up). You did, at one time, dropped by my office. But if you still remember, I asked you to confirm if I'm there before going. Also, you also have my cellphone # AND our address to the warehouse.
2. As far as assistance goes, your unit is already with the distributor the day after you sent it to me. The first few people who came first, and to whom I offered it first, got their replacements. After those first few, the others are already with the distributor and are on hold, and will only be released upon the confirmation the head of their RMA dept if they have the green light. (As I told you on our first ff up). E wala parin, can you blame me? So my end of the bargain is actually dealt. Honored my end.
3. I never even asked you for any money. So don't feel entitled.
4. Truth be told, there is no other way that you can claim your warranty diba? I offered since I can send it back to the supplier. Once it is with the supplier, it's out of my hands.
5. For your enjoyment, I can ask for your unit back from the supplier and shove it up yours.
This goes to show just because you can type in English, doesn't mean you're any better than the scums of the Earth who feel entitled.
