I sensed some dishonesty in this buyer of my Mobo.

I am the 2nd owner of the item but it was untouched because I don\'t have a need for it anymore just as stated in my item post. I\'ve already checked the item when I received it from the 1st owner and also doubled checked it again before I meet up with this buyer (No bent pins, no burns, physical defects or whatsoever ).

The deal happened last Friday, August 29, 2014, I met this guy in Mini-Stop (or 7/11 can\'t remember) near Skyland Makati. Take note that I\'m only meeting in RCBC plaza but prepared to meet with him halfway to accomodate the incoming transaction. The deal went fast and smooth. The only negligence in my part was I was unable to have him check the processor pins (i\'m on shift and it\'s raining), which I\'m sure it was ok.

Then the weekends, he texted me \"Sir, failed to boot ung mobo, tested with 2 psu, ung isa bnew pa, ayaw magboot tlga, patay sindi lang yung cpu fan...\" sent last August 31, 2014 around 9pm. Then I replied, \"Really sir? I should have tested it with my procie. Cge balik mo na lng, ipa rma ko na lng diretso\".

And I met him the 2nd time at the same place, I immediately checked the mobo if there are no physical defects so it would be eligible for RMA service. But to my dismay, I saw some bent pins in the processor socket. Then I said, \"hindi talaga magbu-boot to kasi may bent pins. May power to sure at iikot ang fans pero hindi magbu-boot kung may missing contacts yung pins sa processor\". This guy immediately reasoned out, baka tinamaan daw ng cover (baka sa pag cover ko daw before ko siguro ibigay sa kanya). Then I said, \"imposible yun kasi ni-check ko yung mobo before I hand it over\". Then again he said, \"baka covered pa ng warranty yan\". Let me remind you that burned components, bents pins, bloated caps and other physical defects in the mobo will immediately void the warranty. Mukha ka naman knowledgeable sa computers, you even tried to assemble one. I\'ve seen through you, you\'re bluffing.

Dahil i\'ve got work at that time, I gave him full refund because I promised to and I\'m a professional.

I\'ve got more than 7 years sa tipidpc and got 160+ all possitive feedbacks by buying/selling in different parts of the PH, susubukan ko pa manloko just for 3000? So now, I\'m left with a bricked mobo although I know that there\'s a chance na maayos pa yung bent pins.

Another reason why I knew I\'ve dealt with a dishonest buyer: He said that the mobo has failed to boot using 2 PSUs. Seriously sir??? Kung may bent pins talaga yan before I hand it over to you, you should have said na may bent pins and SHOULD NEVER ATTEMPT TO TEST IT WITH YOUR PROCESSOR. I repeat \"Mukha ka naman knowledgeable sa computers, you even tried to assemble one. I\'ve seen through you, you\'re bluffing\".

You can try to come back at me by sending me a negative feedback but be sure you can back it up with evidence that I cheated or am irresponsible. I still have our conversation before the meetup which I can show you upon request or I can send it directly to TPC HQ and let them be the judge.

Item: Gigabyte B85M-D3H
Refunded?: Yes, in full (due to his claim that my item is broken before I hand it over)
