this is just a re-post of the negative feedback because the one i gave previously was deleted but none of the mods/admins seem to know who deleted it. not that the feedback was invalid. it was posted since mid or late 2009 and was only deleted this march 2010.
pcsaver_center does not honor its warranty on their items. i bought 2 canon printers from them bundled with cis on 2 separate dates. nagkaroon ng problema sa waste ink yung 2 printer which i believe is covered by the cis warranty- less than 3 month pa lang yung 1 and the other 1 i believe is almost 6 months old. naka 2 balik yung older printer and and i was charge because i did not have the receipt. the other printer which is barely 3 mopnths was returned after 2 days. same problem pa rin. pina iwan yung printer dahil marami daw trabaho at walang available na technicia. iniwanan ko yung printer and went back for it after 3days. matagal hinanap ang printer. nang makita hindi pa na checheck. noon pa lamang nacheck ng binalikan ko na. kailangan daw buksan but i have to pay for the service. it will cost me P300. i argued with the tecnician. sabi ko covered ng warranty yung problema ng printer. and he said hindi raw. yun daw ang policy ng management. inuwi ko ang printer ng hindi nagawa.
. sa pagtanggap naman nila ng mga repairs walang systema. walang magsasabi sa iyo kung pang ilan ka. kung may pila o wala. kung saan mo ilalagay ang printer na dala dala mo.
mayron pang isang pagkakataon na ngahintay ako ng matagal sa resibo at sukli ko dahil busy sa kakasagot ng telepono yun mag iisue ng resibo. marami naman pwedeng tumanggap ng tawag sa telepono na nasa tabi niya.
