My 1st real negative feedback in 8 years of TPC.

Below is a detailed transcript on what happened to our deal on August 13, 2013 to describe what took place before finally deciding in giving him a negative feedback.

1. Called Mr. Serge Pasia at 1:47pm of August 12, 2013, to confirm availability of the item SEAGATE Momentus 5400.6 500GB Laptop HDD(Repriced) priced at Php 1,500. Finalized the deal from the same phone call, and agreed with the price of Php 1,400, meetup at Farmers Cubao at 9-10am. Texted him to reconfirm at 1:49pm.

2. Texted 1:49am of August 13, 2013 to again reconfirm the deal, received a confirmation a minute later.

3. Received a text from Mr. Pasia around 8:13am, informing Mr. Jojo will be the one to deliver the item. 15 Minutes before 9am, received a text from Mr. Pasia, rescheduling the meetup from 9-10am to 12nn. Sent a confirmation it was ok.

4. Our driver was already at the area 1145am to wait for Mr. Jojo. Had to text Mr. Jojo to confirm his location at 12:13pm. Mr. Jojo replied that he was still in Manila and is on the way to the location. Complained to Mr. Pasia at 1:37pm as Mr. Jojo is still not present.

5. Mr. Jojo arrived 1:46pm. Called my driver (was in Katipunan at that time) to proceed to Farmers, then texted Mr. Jojo to wait for my driver in between Farmers and Puregold Entrance.

6. Mr. Pasia texted at 2:04pm that he already sent Mr. Jojo off due to coding without even confirming anything from me first. Called him immediately upon receiving the text. During the conversation, Mr. Pasia dropped the call upon hearing \"Pucha\", thus ending our conversation and prompted text messaging that resulted to this negative feedback.

My problem with Mr. Pasia and Mr. Jojo is the lack of knowledge on how to deal with a situation properly. Not only was I left hanging on what is going on and not giving me a reason for the delay, but basically deciding upon himself without even the thought of the other party (buyer). I was always the one texting on the current whereabouts of Mr. Jojo. Mr. Pasia even later told me thru text that something happened to the car which was the reason for the delay. A simple text would\'ve sufficed to tell me that something happened, and another simple text would\'ve been great since when Mr. Pasia already sent Mr. Jojo home, my driver was already at Ali Mall. It could be Mr. Jojo or Mr. Pasia\'s fault to say the least, either way, everything was handled poorly.

As I said to you thru text, this feedback is not going to be used against you. But it will serve a reminder on how to communicate properly with your buyers in the future. A few pesos on the text messages would\'ve saved this transaction.
